Dislike the place Receptionist ************************ as ever! So glad my daughter isn't hurt I'd harm everyone else was ****************** was great daughter said tje staff was good and the food but tje Receptionist oh no She doesn't need to be in the front is she can't be nice or do her job because after what she told me she wa s it going to do oh no

This place is the most awful crisis facility I have ever endured. After being there for several days held on a ******************************************************************************************************************** the situation. I never once saw a therapist until the date of discharge. I signed a release of information for my sister to speak to somebody whom they never called her and when she called nobody answered. There were several staff there that went out of their way to help but most of the staff doctors, Case Managers therapists, etc. either had a very bad attitude , and or thought that they knew better than anyone else. I was told I was being put back on my medication and I was not. They sent me home on a greyhound bus. I got to their facility by EMS transportation from a hospital in ********. I would highly recommend that you do not send any of your love ones whether it be children adults elderly people to this facility ! The staff do not actually give a s*** about the clients. I was on the Legacy unit which is supposed to be the calmest unit with that being said, I endured more trauma going through this whole situation than need be. This whole **** business they have here in Georgia as a law should not be available if you do not have the resources to back up it! I dont know what kind of BS is going on here in the state, but when somebody is going through a mental health crisis, they should not be treated like a criminal, nor should they be sat in an ** room for days on end not knowing what time it is or what day it is, whether it is night time or morning time , not being given medication and the ** staff are not equipped to handle a mental health crisis or somebody that has a mental health disorder. The whole time I was at the ** it was nothing but a joke to the nurses and doctors that I receive care from. My HIPPA rights were violated several times during this whole situation, and I will be taking this up with the ****************

I wouldnt even give this a star at all if that was an option I have tried multiple times to get in touch with my sister I have been hung up on cussed out told me I could never talk to my sister again she is being abused and neglected there and I have been trying to get her out for three days and I get nowhere

This facility is terrible. My husband was admitted on Friday, today is Wednesday- I can't get ANYONE to call me back. I am on his hippa paperwork and they will not even return my calls. Every single employee I have talked to is rude. They tell me only a nurse or doctor can update me on the patient, I have called 3-4 times per day and left my phone number and not a single person has called me back. This is so unprofessional. I had someone drop off some clothes and shoes (because he was talking around in socks) and he didn't receive them for 24 hrs after they were dropped off.
