    Due to either their spite or unprofessionalism I am out of pocket $250 due to their employees not putting my parts removed back in the bed/cab of my truck. If they later realized they hadn’t put parts with my truck when it was towed away from them they should have called me and said come and get them. Common sense says if a lot of parts are sitting there that they had to come from somewhere.

    So I bought a transmission from this company for my truck and if it ain’t one thing it’s another for sure.. this last time I called them well they said they would fix my heater core and they did and as long as I paid the tow bill they would reseal my transfer case for free because I told them when I accelerate it makes a ringing noise and they kept saying it was the transfer case now I’m personally an ase certified mechanic myself only reason I used this company was because of there good reviews well after it was said and done a two week job turned into a four week job just to replace heater core and reseal transfer case and so I paid for heater core and tow bill and they also charged me for the transfer case they said they were going to do for free $351.62…. To some that may not be a lot but I alone take care of my disabled wife and use my truck to do so and guess what folks my truck is still making a ringing noise when I’m trying to go forward at any rate of speed….. and on top of all this the owner CJ is the one who said he would do it for free and for me to trust him he’s got me yeah right if this is how you treat ur customers I’ll find someone else…. And I called one day to check on the progress in the third week and CJ said have I called you to come pick it up and I said no and he said well….. wow sir you need a business management degree before u come at me like this and don’t worry about getting any recommendations from me because you charged me so much extra money that I had no clue I was paying now my wife has to wait a couple more months before she can have a second back surgery cuz u just took the money for that with no remorse……. And you can get on here and defend yourself all u want but facts are facts

You were billed solely for the removal and installation of the transfer case, not for the reseal. This repair cost was discounted out of a goodwill gesture, as you were a previous customer.
