I order a plate for a Walther PDP 1 day shipping at 3pm in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. I have no compliants with C&H. They did a GREAT job.Review from Mark A

Great experience with my C&H product as well as customer service. Very happy with the V4 plate on my Glock 19 gen 5 MOS with Holosun 407c; the fit and finish are on par with the best products in the business and the install videos on ******* make it foolproof. Some will say that 'the best customer service is not needing it in the first place' but that is quite shortsighted in my mind. I've had to make calls to many of the big name companies such as BCM, Noveske, Glock, etc and C&H was just as efficient if not better. Simply stated, I received my MOS V4 plate missing one set of screws needed for installation (minor error). Quick call to C&H and the gentleman I spoke to was polite, apologetic, and resolved my issue in double-quick time had a set of s**** shipped to my house the next day. No run-around, no endless waiting on the phone, just fixed my problem and I was on my way. Great product and great crew, highly recommendReview from Kelly B

Placed my order for 2 optics on 9/21. Sent my slide in a day later. One optic was too be mailed to me, the other optic to be installed to the slide once received. Received my slide with the optic not installed, after the guaranteed 4 weeks. Took to a local gun store. Was told optic doesn't fit the plate installed on the slide. Was advised to send back to C&H. Sent optic and slide back priority mail. Was received by M. Holly 11/29. After multiple calls, speaking to *** and *** I finally received my refund. Spoke to *** 12/17 was told it would be in the mail that week. Called today 12/28 and spoke to ***. He seemed to have no clue about my slide or optic. And this isn't the first time I spoke to him. I told *** I want a tracking number. Was put on hold, he came back and said *** would email me a tracking number by the end of day. Checked my email 5:00 , nothing from them. Now I want to speak to the owner. All I want is my optic correctly installed to my slide.Review from Kris B

These guys don't care about customers that's for sure. I called and left a voice mail and got no return call. Next I emailed them and got zero response. I then ******** messenger them and got no reply. I finally went on their site and saw a little chat button so I figured why not. By this time I was a little heated as a paying customer I wanted to just buy a v4 plate and not deal with upgrading or whatever their thing is on their site and I was hoping after doing all that to me they would at least give me a little discount so I said do you guys just not get back to your customers and the guy actually responded like he cared and asked what I needed. I then proceeded to tell him what happened and said can you hook me up with a little deal for all that and I'll even leave you a review? Well guess what. The guy shined me on and wouldn't even reply back.
