All we kept hearing from the contractor doing the work is how they didnt price the job accordingly for the work the salesman agreed on with us during the walk through. I requested specific things to be done and they werent completed and I find this all after the job was done months down the road. I will never use this company again because at the end it was all about what they could get done for the price quoted instead of actually doing the job they agreed on for the price quoted.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. When the customer signs off and pays without pointing out any problems, we are left with the understanding the job is complete, and the customer is satisfied. For this job, both the customer and the production manager inspected the project several times during its duration. Settling of the house had caused foundation cracks, dry wall beveling, and nail pops everywhere. During production, in addition to the work that was listed on the proposal, the customer wanted several walls skim coated. Skim coating takes quite a bit of labor, and the job was not estimated for that. We do skim coating, but it needs to be on the proposal and priced accordingly. We tried to explain to the customer that it wasnt on the current proposal. In the end, all we know is the customer signed off and paid... satisfied. This review is the first weve heard about the customer being dissatisfied.Review from Clifford E

Quote was given immediately after doing a walk through. The pricing was fair, the customer service is amazing, everything was given to us in writing (what was being done in each room). They moved furniture, put it back, spackled and sanded areas needed, trimmed door frames and base boards. Paint was specific as to what they would be using. The crew that came to do the job was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, went over everything before starting. They stayed late one evening to get the job finished. Clean up wasn't a problem and I didn't have any mess to clean after them. Then management came by to make sure the job was complete and that we were happy.
