            C330671 is my order number. I originally sent my watch October 2023 for a crystal ************ I paid $177.66 on October 17, 2023 for the glass ************ The watched arrived back from Hurley in January with the class installed crooked with one side of the glass below the bezel and the opposite side above the bezel. It was returned immediately and the arrival back to the facility acknowledge on January 15, 2024. I have since tried both by email and by phone to get the status of my watch with no replies. Even when calling during their very limited hours, I am not getting a person to answer nor a reply to the message I left. I need my watch repaired correctly and sent back ASAP. An actual person needs to answer the messages I have left both by email and voicemail.
