    My experience with Amerifreight was good we got a military discount and they assured me my delivery would be on time and it was. The carrier was not tracked but he was communicative with me about when the delivery would be

    Dishonest. Quoted me a lower price online. Changed the price to be higher. Promised they could deliver my needs for a specific window. **** asking to change dates. I refused an earlier date. They called and claimed they had one that would fit. Their driver tried to pick up the call earlier. Also driver texted i. Very hard to understand words and incomplete sentences. I said no. I called they told me to forget the driver called and not to worry. Before the pickup I got a call from the driver they promised to be there in the morning at a specific time. I texted them after 30 minutes late. They said sorry for the late notice but they were unable to pick up the car for 2 more days. I needed to leave town to move. They told me to leave my car in the bushes and send a picture. This is not the service advertised or stared on their customer experience or chain of custody of a car. I called end emailed to cancel the service as I no longer trust the company. I was told management would call me back which never happened. I disputed the credit card charges and they fought it. I am out $398 and alot of time and emotional distress. No service was provided. After canceling several days later they called again wanting to pick up my car even after canceling. They bounce you around from one person to another and no one takes accountability.

    Amerifreight was great with providing me with all the details of the kind of service they provide and at the end I understood the need for a broker because the transport company was not good at communication and they changed the dates for pick up and delivery which was not favorable for me. However Amerifreight reminded the transport company of the dates contracted and kept contacting me as to when the vehicle was picked up and delivered. Which help me trust them even more with my vehicle.

    AmeriFreight (worked with *** ********) did great with my order #********. They were informative, responsive, efficient and professional. They arranged affordable transport for our vehicle from ********, ** to ***********, **. The transporter did a great job. No issues. All done timely and efficiently w/good communication. Would highly recommend.

    I had a great experience with AmeriFreight transporting my car from *********** to *************. As a first-timer, I was initially unsure of what to expect, but ***** ***** made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and attentive, taking the time to walk me through each step and answer all of my questions. ***** went above and beyond, doing extra leg work behind the scenes to ensure I received the best rate available. I truly appreciated how well she looked out for me throughout the process. The communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Chose Amerifreight based upon reviews and reputation for a car transport, and was not disappointed. My agent (******** **********) was upfront regarding cost and timing of pickup and delivery. I provided an initial 10 day window for pickup and delivery and a carrier was secured, and delivery completed, (NJ ==> NC) within the first three days requested. Communication was very good throughout the process, and a follow-up call from the Amerifreight Care Team was much appreciated, Very satisfied with Amerifreight and carrier selected. Would not hesitate to use Amerifreight again!
