1.) The date of transaction was on Thursday 09.16.21 at 7:13pm. 2.) The amount of money I paid to M.A.B. Cars was $1,030. I also paid $237.50 to ***** insurance which turned out to be *********** through someone the guy Von with through all these transactions via Cash app and over the phone. 3.)the business committed to provide me with a 2007 Kia Sedona with the every Saturday payments of $300 the first two weeks then a $100 a week for a year and a half.4.)Nature of the dispute was the guy working with me named Von told me I can cash app my down payment it to the business, so long story short he looked at the phone to confirm that indeed was there business. Von asked another lady in the office did she receive the payment and she said No, he said let me look cause I saw she just sent it. The people proceeded to leave out one by one and now he readytoGO It was cashed apped to $MABcar he claims when it was suppose to go to $MABcars. Cash app said they could not reverse the transaction.
