      Bought two cars a 2006 *** 325 and a 2010 650 i total down for both with a co-signer was 11k this was outrageous if we didnt meet this amount we would lose the 2k for some weird tax??! We were desperate to keep our jobs and they took advantage of this proceeded to sell us broken cars the 650 transmission was fully broken/inoperable we almost died because of this on the highway these people are scam artist who should not be allowed any type of buisness ownership

      I purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Unique Autos on December 30th,2023 for the total finance amount of $7000. The next day which was the 31st the check engine light comes on. I did contact the dealership but the owner(*****) told me the dealership would't be open until after the 1st but to bring the car to the shop. I did so and when I got there, the first thing I asked for was a refund and I told them I no longer wanted this car. ***** told me that was impossible and that this is NOT ******** I was cut off from explaining what the issue was and was told that they would fix the issue. I leaves the car for almost 2 weeks there and was told to come pick it up on the 13th and that the issue was fixed and even got a new emissions test done for me. I pick the car up on the 13th as instructed to, the next day the check engine light comes on again. They resettled the light and never ever fixed the issue. I've gotten a diagnostics test done on it several times since then and it has came back this car was sold with mechanical/engine issues. The problem is the fuel injectors which is what the codes have been saying. The car is leaking gas all over the motor and now the radiator is going out. They did pay half to get the issue fixed but the amount that was given was/is not enough to cover the cost of the repairs. This car has been nothing but a nightmare since I bought it.

As a courtesy after you purchasing your vehicle we took it in and reserviced you to your standards and as you stated provided proper documents showing such. moving forward were also granted/credited funds towards repairs that we never charged and also providing completion of a new emission based of those repairs. Both parties agreed moving forward and you took possession of vehicle in good standings to our knowledge. The dealer did and tried everyway possible to satisfy your needs and eventually you breached your contract. Please feel free to reach out to management to see what we can solutionize.

      A car was puchased for $6,000 down in September, payment WAS MADE TO WESTLAKE FINANCIAL in October, and the car got repossessed in NOVEMBER. (out of nowhere, with no notice or call) When we called atlanta unique auto sales, They said "the bank gave the contract back" when we called the bank, they said that the account was still active and to call the dealership for more answers. When we called, they were not able to help whatsoever. Common courtesy would have gone a long way.

Secondly you've mention ******** your contract is obligated with westlake financial Not Atlanta Unique Auto Sales **** If you've failed to not correspond to their guide lines or any breach of contract we should not be responsible or be at fault. your payments and your whole deal was solely with ******** financial they should be contacted and receiving the reviews and concerns. In the event if you failed to meet their terms they nor We are responsible of such notices. Please feel free to contact management for any documents needed to be proven. Thirdly with my familiarity with deals going in and out and per phone calls this vehicle was purchased back in first week of September of 2023 so we are referring to the end of November which is a lengthy time frame so somewhere in between that time frame may have been a breach that wasn't complied with between you and your financer not us.

      I have a 2013 *** from this car lot! They repo my car saying I didnt have insurance when the insurance is active, they spoke with the insurance company and they confirmed that the insurance was never not active. The car note is updated and not late and now they want me to pay the complete total of the car which is ****** and now the owner said that hes exercising his right not to do business with me. My life is at risk. My jobs I cant get to, my kids cant go to school. I need help with this situation because its not right what they are doing.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, however this has not been the first stint or first issue regarding your account and it being in repo status. We work diligently for all of our customers. We give several notices and courtesy before it gets to the next level. Per your contract customer is fully responsible to provide such documents needed. We in no way shape or form picked up your vehicle illegally. Our business is to keep our customers in there vehicle and making continuous payments. It causes problems like such on our end and that's never the motive. Please feel free to contact management if you need any clarification or better understanding moving forward.

      I bought a infinity qx56 from Atlanta unique auto sales and within a month and a half it was undriveable due to a blown transmission.a problem that was on going and they didn't mention to me when they took my $3,000 and $445 for a month payment.now they want me to still pay for the car and it just got out the shop and won't go in gear.they refuse to look at it or try to work with the problem that they were fully aware of.this place needs to be shut down bc they just scam people out their hard earned money.I bought those truck because I needed more room for my elderly father who has dementia and goes to the doctor.and I have 2 autistic twins as well.so I needed 3 rows.and now I have a truck that sits in my driveway that I just paid my tags for,insurance for and can't drive it.

      back in 2020 or 2021 I went in to purchase a vehicle in 2013 Q x56 infinity I put down $7000 for down payment and made numerous payments thereafter, soon after the vehicle broke down, I had issues with two tech Cadillac converters amongst other things. I informed the dealership, and they intern told me that I could repair the vehicle myself and not make payments until at a later time as well as I did not have to have insurance on the vehicle. As long as the vehicle was in the repair shop, they verified that the car was in the repair shop. Therefore I had no insurance once the vehicle was repaired , I was in my vehicle when a tow truck tried to come up and repossess it with myself my mother and my nephew being in the vehicle I drove off immediately and contacted the dealership. They informed me that I was behind in my car payments, and they were re-pulling the vehicle. Despite the conversation we had about me not having to make payments until it was repaired , I then purchased a money order a couple of days later to pay the rear balance. They told me the balance was **** and something dollars which I have video of this because I had an attached fee of three to $400 for the repo fee I tried to render payment which I have a copy of the money order when I try to make payment to them for 850 something dollars , they refused to take my calls. They refused to answer my emails. They refused to speak with me when I went to their place of business to take care of my past due payments before I got so far behind my car has since been repossessed with the same situation me being in the vehicle with my grandson at the time of repossession the tow truck hit my vehicle with us in it, they filed a false police report stating that I removed the device from the vehicle keep in mind the vehicle was in several shops. I went to jail for hours because of this false want my vehicle has been taken from me and on top of that, I ended up having to file bankruptcy chapter 13. I am not getting any assistance from anyone , I am reaching out for help. I've read many reviews some good some bad about this dealership and I asked that you look into this matter as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate you and the things that you do.

      To start the accusations ******************************** are implying are completely false. ******************************** financed a vehicle with Atlanta Unique Auto sales 1/02/21 agreeing to make bi weekly payments of $345 for about 30 months. Customer defaulted by not complying within her contract by not managing and paying her payments on time and also not having the vehicle properly insured while under contract. First false statement customer stated she informed us the vehicle was in the shop for mechanical repairs in which she notified the dealer(please see attachments in contact activity) that the vehicle was at a body shop due to extensive body damages to the vehicle and insurance was in the process for repairs. Never disclosed at anytime to stop payment and not have insurance, as a courtesy we tried to help customer to catch up on her payments with several payment options that she also failed to do. Customer was sent numerous notifications for payments and also providing correct insurance before the vehicle was ever put into default. Customers vehicle was finally repossessed 1/17/23 and her last payment to date was made on 9/25/21(please see attachment) in which still was not a full payment. No one ever negated any payments. If customer was so concerned on keeping her account in good standings we have several payment options that do not even involve with human interaction in which she was aware of. Never filed a police report of such matter. A motion of concealment of interest was filed within Gwinnett county after numerous attempts of trying recoup our vehicle for breach of contract in which every time a repo company made attempts to pick up customer as she stated jumped in the vehicle and drove off which she drove off into a garage and kept the vehicle concealed from pick up for months and months, In which a judge then granted a warrant for such on 11/16/2022. Please see attachments in which we made several attempts to work with our customer before this account went into default. Up to date moving a whole calendar year forward after no payments customer still did not manage to keep the vehicle insured (please see attachment of laps and fines assessed by the state).  Customer has driven freely no insurance no payments for more than a year. excessive use and mistreatment of our vehicle causing damages. We try to be very understanding to all our customers and help when the help is possible but doesn't mean we have to be taken advantage of.

      this again is response to this business , numerous times, I attempted to make a payment and reach out via email. Once again they did not except phone calls from me. They did not reply to emails that was made, and they refused payment as well. I have enclosed documents providing this as well as I have a video, if need be sent. . this is a company that likes to sell a car get the down payment except a couple of payments and then find an issue to Repo the car so that they can resell it and this is exactly what they have done to me. enclosed yet again is the email that I sent stating that that will be the last and final attempt to make payment no reply app I was always on time with payments until car broke down. That's when the issue started. Enclosed also is where you could see that I was never behind, and I made my payments on time until car needed repair. they put my car out for repossession after I had gotten it out of the shop and after stating to me that I did not have to make a payment until my car was repaired two days after my car was repaired they sent a tow truck to try and repo it. I have repair shops that is willing to vouch that my car was in the shop for over two months as well as another shop prior to that where it was in the shop for over a month and a half..

      I Bought A Car In February, The Check Engine Light Came On 5 Days Later. I Brought The Car *********** Cleared The ************ Its Good To Go. A Week Later I Called Because The Engine Light Was Going ********* Car Was Jerking, And Kept Randomly Cutting Off. I Received A Code Reading Saying It Was The Powertrain System. They Were Willing To Pay When It Was The ************ Belt That Needed To Be Fixed, But When They Found Out The Whole Engine Blew They Are Now Wanting Me To Pay. When I Asked For An Invoice That The Engine Was Replaced I Was Told Everything Was Done On The Back End So There Is Only An Invoice Showing We ************************* Will Be No Warranty On The Engine We Put In Either. I Spent Over $5000 On A Car I Drove For 3 ************ Want More Money. I Am At A Hardship With This Whole Situation. I Lost My Job.

      Customer purchased a vehicle from ********************** in Feb. Customer test drove the vehicle and agreed to terms after doing so, When she brought the vehicle to the dealer for a courtesy check in for the check engine light was an evap code nothing engine related and it was disclosed to customer. *** dates customer is implying are in accurate over a month later she calls  stating the light is on disclosed to customer to have the vehicle revaluated. As a good will customer brings vehicle back to dealer for diagnosis and was disclosed to customer she needed engine replacement. Never agreed in to full coverage of any repairs. Disclosed to customer she was responsible for any and all repairs. Declined a warranty and signed a waiver. Gave customer her options and agreed to get engine and the amount applied to her loan as assistance with a small payment up front towards repairs. Customer agreed. Disclosed to customer a warranty was not applicable with the work being done in house and the price of part being reduced at a lower cost which waived any warranties to help customer. Day of customer coming to pick up and pay in what was agreed on she didnt have the full amount and vehicle was not released. As stated to her a payment towards repairs was needed to release and what was agreed on in which we also paused payments moving forward to help the customer catch up in good ****** *** dealer did all its due diligence in tryin to do our part to help. As a used car dealer we helped as much as possible. Our job as a used car dealer bhph location is to keep our customers happy and on the road. We inspect our vehicles all with prior emissions done before sale. ***se are used vehicles and we service them to our best capabilities to keep them on the road.

      I am rejecting this response because this information is inaccurate. There are 7 different review on the BBB website with my same problem just a different vehicle all within the last 6 months. No invoices/recipients have been shown after asking multiple times. The dates I provided are accurate. They agreed to fix the *** & timing belt (they would pay for it) because that was the first diagnosis, but after finding out it was the engine then made the responsibility of payment mine because it was a bigger cost. I am unsatisfied with everything this business is doing and would like the cost of the engine repairs/labor removed from my car loan or i would like a full refund of my vehicle. I am willing to accept half of the total i have paid back as a settlement. When explaining they sold me a lemon they did not care about the financial hardship it has caused me. I lost my job and my son lost his childcare scholarship due to not having transportation. I drove the car for 2 weeks tops. The dealer has had my car since. I did not agree to not having a warranty on a replaced engine and the engine is used as Chino disclosed. I should have been offered to bring my own part if things were going to be done on the back end that again I did not approve of. I have not signed any paperwork agreeing to this arrangement. The car has been sitting there for 2 weeks after being serviced due to the lack of proof and communication.

      I purchased A car from Atlanta Unique Auto Sales on April 1,2022 and my check engine like came on the same day.I got the car towed to them 3 times for the same thing and they only reset the lights each time.i only driven the car half a day each time I got it back which was not a whole 24 hours, Atlanta Unique Auto is buying bad Lemons and selling and taking money from people they are buying cars with the check engine light on then resetting the light then selling the cars as is and when u contact them about your car they stall u and blow u over tell u reached 30 days then hit u with its a as is car we are not responsible.they selling people an extended warranty that they know will not be over any benefit to them because u have to find someone who takes it and no one takes it and if they do it doesnt cover much,I have reached out to speak with the General manager but he never able to speak,I called when they first opened one day and got him everything we talked and he sent the opposite in a email and the email was at my request,I also asked for a payment and receipts on everything that was done to my car they refused me that,I asked to be put n a different car they wouldnt do that I stop paying the car note because I couldnt drive it and they wouldnt fix it, then they sent someone on 05/16,2022 to pick it up,They are crooks and mistreating people.the name of that shop should be lies and deceit Auto please check the reviews its a nightmare Everyone cant be wrong bout the same company no one person knows about the other yet Everyone is saying the same thing and it all starts with the check engine light being on when they first get the car and they just taking your money.they needs to be shut down and not able to ever do business again not even in a different name.Thank you and if you have any and I do mean any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me or email me ************ ************************

      ********************************* purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Unique Auto Sales on 4/1/22. Customer test drove vehicle everything was ok and proceeded to purchase. Not as customer states the following day, customer calls back a week later stating her engine light has came on as a courtsey we instructed customer to bring vehicle back to see how we could help even though she's purchased a third party extended warranty. Vehicle passed its current emission on the exact day of sale had no aligning issues as mentioned. Customer brings vehicle back we diagnose it to be ignition coil. We replace the coil and spark plugs as  courtsey and customer denied to sign waiver of repairs and also bagged part that were changed out. Customer couple weeks later then calls back her vehicle is not turning on. Originally instructed her to get further diagnosis on vehicle or process your warranty that you've purchased through an extended party in whom can be process at any license mechanic shop nation wide. Customer was irate states we didnt do anything all we did was reset the light etc. didnt want to spend additional money for diagnosis so again as another courtsey mam bring the vehicle back. This time a battery was replaced we dont warranty battery but as another courtsey we replaced at no cost. Customer again calls back you arent doing antything for me other than resetting the light. Dealer instructs her to please take it to a secondary shop to confirm if these repairs have been done since she believed we fabricated.  Instructed customer we were no longer doing any more repairs since this the impression shes had she needed to further get the vehicle diagnosed at her cost referred her to a shop as well. When the vehicle was picked up it had ****** miles on the dash at the time of sale vehilce had ******* so its not accurate that the customer never drove the car or half a day each time. We tried several scenarios to help the customer out.

      Atlanta Unique Aunto is Now trying to cover they tracks,they have been trying to send me a certified letter every since I reached out to BBB,they can not produce any recipes of any of the parts and labor,,I had to come back the next day after I purchased my vehicle so that they could do an emissions which should have been done before I purchased it.I can pull my call longs of how many times I have called them before my ***************************************** along.the Warranty that they talking bout I decided to get that they also went up on that price as well,Im sending the emissions paperwork check the date.they need to be shut down for good.it took them long to respond because they trying to cover they tracks if I refused to sign then at least they can produce that paperwork to u. And I told Chico the General Manager that *** told me to take the car back to them since I just got it and the check engine light is already on because thats on them,Im also sending screenshots of the conversations either my salesman ***** and all text messages was before 30 days.ask them for all the paperwork of everything

      Atlanta Unique is not trying to cover any tracks. we have been in business for quite sometime now and are always trying to help our customers when we can. We are a used car dealer and we provide great service which that great service allowed you to trust us in purchasing. Everything was laid out and upfront, so Yes you came back for your vehicle the following morning  you were aware that it was a new vehicle inventory and the time we closed your deal all emissions locations where closed, it was after hours when we left. Doing the right thing not releasing the vehicle to you with out an emissions we coordinated to get you back the following morning so you took possession of your vehicle with a valid GA emission that passed. Again we did our due diligence in trying to service you the proper way. You were provided a warranty that is still valid, and also referred to a shop or directed to any shop of your choice to verify the work we've done. you chose not to pursue either route.       Atlanta Unique Auto just fixed that paperwork and back dated it,if that was true they would have given me that then saying I rejected it,where is the point inspection u did on that car when u first got it,where is the receipts to what u did on the car tha ac part hD to get Shipped where is that.even the emission paperwork look a Lil off to me if you check into that,ND they drove that car home every time I got it up there,they acting like they professional and do everything by the book but they do not everyone is saying the same thing bout this dealership, that extended warranty is on me I wasted my money so u can stop sending that I have all my paperwork of everything u gave me. I want to know about me getting my car back I reached out way before the 30 days yall are selling lemons,and someone needs to make lemonade out of that company can yall produce all the mechanical paperwork?...please BBB s*** this Dealership down,that years of scaring that's been going on they only want money they do not car bout the people are they feels, they have no empathy whatsoever.take a look  at all the complaints and ratings.they will tell u everything u need to know, a company like that is bad for business.

      Purchased vehicle in March, they refuse to resend the tag and title information to the Hamilton County Tag and Title Office. I have asked multiple times, both over the phone and on emails/texts dating back months ago. The vehicle was never registered to the dealership in Atlanta. The registration says somewhere in Arizona, yet I live in Chattanooga,Tn. I just want my tag so I can stop driving the vehicle illegally. And I am scared that even though I purchased it from a dealer that they will find a way to scam me out of even more money. They told me there that I couldn't be financed so they would do in-house financing, yet they never even pulled my credit so I am very wary about this business.
