Hello thank you for your time.I want to file a formal complaint with standup wireless because they shut my lifeline service off not once but twice in a 72 hour period. I was told I requested to be switched to a different carrier, which Was not true And after attempting there " just 5 minutes" reconnect instructions, which actual** took more like an hour back and forth with customer service and emailing ect ect. I was still left with no calling.ability. My problem is that the very first conversation I had with a very condescending and presumptuous agent, not o ** did I feel stupid from his comments but disrespected because of my age, I'm 56. As if because I'm a senior citizen I'm feeble minded.I informed this agent that turning my lifeline as quick** as possible was crucial, as I'm in the 2nd stage of a very lucrative job hiring process. It was met with a laugh. I'm not one to cry out to everyone yo feel sorry or get any special treatment truth be told I'm facing eviction in 6 days and them I'll be homeless. My phone is my livelihood because ALL ONBOARDING IS DONE ONLINE. I HAVE APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE NOTHING LESS THAN CRUCIAL THAT I MISSED OUT I N BECAUSE OF THERE ATTEMPT TO CALL ME .3 JOBS LOST.1 APPT. WITH GOODWILL TO RECIEVE ITEMS AND RESOURCES RRQUIRED FOR MY JOB ON AUGUST 31!!! BUS PASSES FOR GODS SAKE. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHATS ITS LIKE TO LIVR IN A TOXIC SEXUALLY,EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE HOUSEHOLD AND MAINTAIN A POSITIVE HUMBLE GOD FEARING ENERGETIC ATTITUDE WHEN YOU HAVENT EATEN FOR FOUR DAYS.I LOOK LIKE A LAZY FOOL WHO LACKS MOTIVATION AND INTENT TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO CHANGE MY SITUATION...YEAH ALL BECAUSE I MADE THE HORRIBLE REGRETFUL CHOICE OF CHOOSING STANDUP WIRELESS FOR MY CELLULAR NEEDS.I TRUSTED THAT THEY WOULD LIVE UP TO THERE ADS AND PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE AND EASY STEPS FOR PROBLEMS OF SORT.BUT.ALL THEY DID WAS SEND ME A CRAPPY PHONE THAT YOU CANT HEAR OUT OF DROPS CALLS.
