Business ProfileforACITY Discount

On October 2021 I went to ACITY DISCOUNT to purchase some items for my restaurant. I informed the sales associate ************************* that I would be using a company named *********** to complete my purchase. ***** created an invoice on my behalf and sent it to ***********. I left the store that day empty handed because ACITY DISCOUNT did not release the items pending payment from ***********. I received a phone call from ***** 3 weeks later saying that ACITY had received funding for the items. I told ***** to cancel the order and send the funds back to ***********. He agreed and said he'd get management to return the funds to the lease company. I returned to the store today (6 weeks later) because ACITY DISCOUNT is still holding the funds and the merchandise. *** the manager was both rude and disrespectful and asked me to leave and threatened to call the police. As of 12/29/2021 they have not payed back the lender and *** refused to make it right. He instead told me that *********** is the customer and I don't exist. I'm asking that the money be returned to the lease company and *** to issue me an apology in writing. His unwillingness to refund the money knowing that he failed to produce the items along with his poor attitude is unacceptable. On my way out of the store one of the employees stopped me to apologize for ***** behavior. He said that they have to deal with it every day. I feel bad for them...
