      I purchased ******** Stool softener from Shopimo through the ******* website. They charged my credit card but failed to deliver the product after eight weeks. They failed to respond to any inquiries. To me that sounds like fraud.

      Scam. Ordered 8/1/23 thru ******** Emailed several times. ******* routed to Shopimo, they answered, apologized and said it would ship within 48 hours. Still nothing. I requested refund but still nothing. Think my next step is to sue ********

      Company is a scam. I don't think they ever intended to ship the product, just generate a label to make you THINK that a shipment is on the way. Fortunately I placed my order through a major retailer (the largest one in the world) and was able to secure a refund. Hopefully the rest of the retail world will catch on and these crooks will be out of business soon.

      Im waiting for a refund for an item food that was ordered thru ******* and fulfilled by Shopimo Order date 9/16/23 Todays date 10/16/23 ******* sends me messages that I will hear from the company within 48 hrs I received 6 of these messages from ******* and nothing from Shopimo Im owed $15.90 from either company

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It's nothing but a scam company. I placed an order on ********* site on 8/28/2023 that was supposed to have been fulfilled by SHOPIMO. On 9/8/2023, they updated the status to 'In Transit', but apparently, all they did was enter the shipping info into a computer. Since 1:45 PM on 9/8/2023, the tracking information on the *** site has said "In Transit to *** Mail Innovations". This is the second time this company has pulled this scam on something I ordered from ******** ******* refunded my money for the first one, but I'm still waiting for a refund for this one.

      I ordered 2 items from SHOPIMO through ******* on July 19,2023 with an estimated delivery date of Aug 7. I was emailed on July 20 that both items were shipped and my credit card was charged on that date. By the end of Aug nothing had been delivered or communicated to me regarding the order, so I sent an email asking for a status. They responded that they were waiting for updates internally and to email again if I didn't hear back. So after 3 weeks with no other response, I did email again. They responded with an apology and said they would follow up with the personnel in charge. I waited 10 days, then I contacted ******* for a refund. ******* promptly refunded me but will have to go after SHOPIMO themselves to get the money back. I would not order from this company again.

      After reading the other reviews, I have experienced a very similar situation. I bought two of the same item through *******s website and was to be fulfilled by this Shopimo third party seller. When I received the package, only one of the two items were in there. So, I contacted ******* via email and they forwarded my question on where the other item was. SHOPIMO contacted me and said they were sorry and would immediately send out the missing item, It has been over two months and several / lots of email asking the status of the shipment. I keep getting the same response form them, claiming they will ship it out. So, yesterday, I emailed them and sent a copy of my email to the ******* customer service basically saying. I want a refund and if they gave me any problem with a refund I would be leaving a review on here and on *******s reviews for how bad thier company has treated me and how they handled this situation. I did get a response back today stating the would start a partial refund and would keep me posted on when that was going to take place, But thankfully ******* also emailed me back and are giving me a full refund for the missing item. DO NOT use or get involved with this company. (SHOPIMO)

      I ordered something through ******* that came from SHOPIMO and it has been two months with no resolution. ******* refers me to SHOPIMO who sent repeated emails apologizing for the delay but no action taken. Going in circles. Terrible mistake to place this order. Sadly I didnt look at company reviews first.

      If I could leave a zero star rating I would.I purchased an item on Walmarts website and was to be fulfilled by this Shopimo third party seller. I have not received the product and shipping details are none. There is mo tracking information updated. Who knows when or if I will ever receive what was ordered.

      This business is a third party seller on a major online store.. Shopimo takes your money and does not ship the product. They create a shipping label to pretend the item is being shipped but then they don't ship it. When you contact them they claim that a mistake happened and they will claim that they will ship it in 48 hours. This is not true as they did not ship it.
