      Scheduled a deep cleaning for our new home on 3/9/24. We were quoted $495 for a deep cleaning with 3 cleaners. On day of cleaning, 1 cleaner arrived instead of 3 cleaners. She was in the house for 3 hours, however the cleaning service did not take place. The company is now stating that we did not request a deep cleaning and only ask for minimal cleaning, however even the items listed in the minimal cleaning were not addressed and we were still charged for the deep cleaning.

      There was miscommunication with the clients we never offered 3 cleaners. However, our priority is our customer satisfaction so we spoke directly with the clients and agreed on a full refund of $495.

      I am rejecting this response because we have yet to receive our refund. We were told multiple times in the past week that we would receive our refund via Zelle and provided our Zelle account information twice.

      I made a few attempts to reach the company to move a piano to my home. I heard back from them Jul 6th and they sent a reference number and a delivery fee option. I chose the $300.00 10-day option & I requested payment info. They provided the information on Jul 20th, I paid them $300.00 on Jul 23rd. I received an email that the item was on the way. On Jul 26th they said it's being held because they did not insure it properly & to pay another $783.00 due to rules by the "new administration." I paid the $783. Then on Jul 29th they said they needed more $ or the item would be confiscated unless I paid $1650 in 72 hours. I asked for a refund & told them it was impossible to confiscate since I knew where it was. I feared they were scammers, the $ kept changing. Then, they said to receive a refund to provide my driver's license + facial imaging. I expressed my concern of identity theft, fraud & their moving target prices & requested them to refund it back to the account paid (i.e, Zelle).

We have been receiving multiple calls from different individuals regarding the piano, trying to provide us with reference numbers. We have told these individuals of our thoughts of it being a scam from another fraudulent company using our company name, phone number and email address. Our company name is ****'s Movers while the company that is related with the piano lists it as Eddies Movers. We have been telling these individuals for several months that we are no related to these fraud cases. We got to a point that we no longer answered unknown numbers or numbers that were from different states. We have been trying to get this confusion (issue) resolved because we do not want to be related with that fraud of a business. Please feel free to contact us if BBB, has any questions. We are sorry that this has happened to a numerous amount of people but I can assure you that it is not ****'s Movers behind this scam. We honestly do not move pianos or store them.
