We used this company to move from IN to SC in October. They broke TWO of our TVs. 55in and 70 in. After going back and forth with them for MONTHS they had the nerve to only reimburse like $45. Do NOT use them. They wouldnt take responsibility for breaking our TVs. They said they didnt know if they were already broken before moving. Like we would move BROKEN TVs! The movers were very unprofessional, had a million excuses for not being on time and were bickering with each other as they moved our things in. Do NOT use this company. They dont care about their clients or their possessions.Review from Sherla S

DO NOT USE !! !!Well I am adding to the SCAM that this company is. Maybe this is why they go by so many Inc.... I hired this company on October 14th reserving 800 cb pt. for a pick up on October 17th. 2-4 pm ,Going from FL to MO. $2800.00 I gave Jasmin the authorization paperwork she emailed to me to debit my CC for the Deposit and the pick up amount. $520. And $1040. Then the balance to be paid upon delivery in NC $1040.00. On October 16th I received a call that they were sill 3 hrs away and if they could come on Monday October 18th at 8:30 am. They show up in a (****) rental truck. They load and proceed to my second location for pick up. Once this was completed they told me that hey we're headed straight to Missouri. Now on Regis same day I called an spoke to Jasmin confirming that they were debiting my CC for deposit and pick up. She stated that they would complete this probably tomorrow due to the weekend. So they leave with my furniture. On October 18th. I kept watching my account to see if they have debited the account of course not. So I call October 20th and spoke to ALEX the manager he's first of all tells me " I know your n to call me directly" I said excuse me !!!! SO I. Had to get a little more direct with him. Alex proceeded to tell me he sent me a new invoice on October 20th and I didn't respond to him. He then sent it to me . Well NOW the invoice shows I have 1195 cu ft. Which is another 395 cu ft. And charged me $375.00 labor fee. I paid ad was told that there will new a total of 3 people t pack, load and unload, this truck. The truck that that had was a 26 ft renal truck which holds 1650 cu ft. If My stuff was 1195cu ft and they had added 650cu ft.from another load. Which I was told from ALEX the math doesn't add up. ( 1845cuft). I have pictures and a video along with three others that heard the driver say I had 850cuft,. After Alex tell me I had to come up with the 70% of the invoice which now is $4952.50 before the driver would deliver my furniture. I sent the a wire and $3466.40 and told him the remaining will be paid once delivered. On October 21st I received a txt stating that I now owed him $1886. I called him and he told me that if I didn't have the payment owed he was was gone to hold it in a storage unit. I told him he had better show up with my stuff .I owed the balance of $1486.10. On October 25th am the driver showed up alone and had I had to have 3 people assist him to unload this truck. In the mean time ALEX is arguing with me . I have this conversion on video and along with the pictures. I will be filing a Civil Suit against the company and the entities involved and the responsible parties to this company. They owe me $2800.00. ****** S.Review from Susui S

SCAM ALERT! These people are definitely running a scam. They contacted me after I had posted a moving job on ****** List (but were not one of the Pros from ****** List I later found out). I gave the lady the items I needed to move and was given a reasonable quote compared to what I had gotten from other companies. I gave the lady my credit card info for the deposit and all was set. They were supposed to show up between 10 am-12pm on Saturday but didn't show up until 4:00 pm in a ****** rental truck. They finished loading everything in about 2.5 hours. I noticed they did not wrap any of my furniture up like it stated in the contract they would and when I asked about it they said they didn't provide that service? When it was time to leave, I asked the driver if they were going to follow me up to SC where the furniture was to be delivered and he told me they had to go make another stop and pick up a box springs and mattress and would be up at our house at 9 pm so I left to drive up myself. While I'm on the road, I get a call from **** saying I had more CF than what the original estimate had on it and now owed them $1,350 more than the original contract was and he was demanding payment through Zelle (he said they didn't accept credit cards, but I given my credit card number to the lady a week earlier for my deposit) before they would deliver the furniture! They never showed up at my SC home. I called the driver of the truck and he told me they had been pulled over by the police because the truck had been reported stolen and the truck had been impounded with all my stuff in it! He would not tell me what jurisdiction had pulled them over and would not tell me where the truck was impounded! The next day they tell us there was a problem with the driver's license and that's why they got pulled over, they lie about everything. I ended up having to pay half of them money via Zelle to them before they would deliver the furniture, then the other half when they arrived but before they unloaded everything. They ended up delivering our furniture the next Wednesday evening (in a ***** truck this time) and some of the furniture was damaged and broken. I was emotionally exhausted after the whole ordeal and knew we had been taken advantage of in the worst way! I found out later they were required to give me a Bill of Lading before the truck left with my furniture but they never did. My next step is to file a complaint with the DOT because these people should be caught and shut down! Their letter head looks professional and boasts "Celebrating our 30th Anniversary" but I'm betting that's a lie too. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID BY HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!!Review from Sean T

DO NOT USE. This company is a scam. A driver was fired and even admitted it. He was able to share a lot of information about the real people behind this company. They charged me TRIPLE when the total cubic footage was only 200 cubic feet more than THEY estimated. I literally got in the trouble and measured. They tried saying it was over 500 cubic feet more. They were late picking up. They aren't actually in GA. They use fake names. They even change their company name. **** ****** is one of the owners who goes by "****" who actually lives in Miami, FL. They have yet to give me a bill of lading for the delivery, nor an inventory list. I signed nothing when my items were delivered. I'm still waiting on them to send me the documentation from the move. "****" has to find it he said and they are ignoring my emails now. Many items were heavily damaged, boxes crushes, and they held my items hostage until I paid. The movers also scratched my brand new wood floors and tried to say they didn't at first. The scratches follow the legs of my shelf. I hope these guys do not ever get one more ounce of business. I will do everything I can to make sure they cannot scam anyone else again, including taking them to court. PLEASE RESEARCH. They go by United Moving and Storage LLC, Pro United Movers, United Movers USA, and probably other names. I hope these guys wind up in jail.
