I had my pool deck resurfaced by Creative Concrete Resurfacing with a SunDek product on October 21, 2021. On February 25, 2022, I noticed that the paint and texture were peeling off the pool deck. The company has a two year written guarantee on any material or workmanship defects so I knew it would be covered. This is clearly a defect with both so I called the company and they finally sent someone out on March 24th after numerous texts and cancellations on their end. The gentleman told me that the texture and paint would need to be removed and replaced at no cost to me because he stated that it didn't look like they let the product cure before they applied the paint. This was March 24, 2022 and it's now August 1, 2022 and the repairs are still pending. I'm in constant contact with the company representative via text but he keeps telling me that they are going to get it on the schedule but never provides me with a date. This has occurred on more than 5 or 6 occasions and our last text was on July 14, 2022 where I was told they would have all the repairs completed in the next two weeks. It's now August 1st and the repairs have not been done and I haven't heard from the company.Business response
