Their employees caused two gas leaks at our home. They tried to cover up the first leak by placing water pipes over the main gas line then wrap it in electrical tape. They also didn't install the regulator correctly which caused the second leak. Then, he tried to **** me an additional $425 and said it was for fees. Atl *** Light took several pictures as well as the pipe and electrical tape. They advised His Plumber would get a repair **** for the gas leaks.

***********. It is important to present all details truthfully. Here are the facts to correct your misrepresentation.1. We were at your house to install a new gas line to a pool. In the process of excavating for this line we did accidentally damage a gas pipe which was buried, but we made an appropriate repair on such gas line, The electrical tape which you are referring to is actually vinyl protective tape and required on any fitting buried below grade to protect the fitting. The repair was not made with electrical tape.2. We installed a regulator which AGL required, we had no leaks on such regulator or any other line. We inspected all pipes with a sniffer to verify as well as had the county inspector verify and approve the installation of the job by visually seeing a gauge holding pressure. 3. You requested we pull a permit on the work, after commencement, which we did and had it inspected. You agreed by acknowledging the initial contract that we had not included in our price to submit for costs with permitting and inspecting. As such was the $425 charge for associated labor and time required to pull the permit, set up a test, come back after inspection, remove such test and complete the work. 4. You have refused to pay us for this additional work which is the fee of $425 which includes permit costs and additional labor as stated above.5. Against our better judgement we accepted you as a customer due to the relationship we have with your pool contractor.
