      I am a Military Veteran who just had custom game trailer built. A $40,000 purchase, Quality Cargo Trailers sloped the back end which would make my equipment uneven, I called and spoke to Jamie their manager and he ignored my issues and blocked my calls. The trailer was just picked up this past Friday, ********** **** 2023. The Owner has yet to reach out with solutions. This how veterans are treated after serving their country in **** *** ************

      Bought my trailer 18x8.5 little over a year ago. From month 1 I had issues. The frame cracked at the dove tail leaving the trailer in operable. Contacted both places I bought it from (3 hours away) and the manufacturer. The dealer said they would "look at it and make the assumption of repairs but I was required to get it to them" , which would mean getting it towed. I had a local welder fix this issue due this trailer is used for my local business I run. Everything worked well for a short while then wheel studs started to break on the rear wheels 5 total. Fixed those mainly on the side of the road. Now as of the last month the braces and structure inside the walls have broken causing the trailer to sway and again making it 100% in operable. Contact to the dealer said I need to contact quality cargo in which they have never responded. My welder is backed up and I have now had to buy another trailer while this trailer is down after only a YEAR of use.

      I purchased an enclosed trailer (8.5x24x7.5) from a dealer of quality cargo in ********* ** ****. After a few months, the trailer started leaking. I took it in may to get the leak fixed at ** ******* *****. The trailer still leaked. The place that’s qualified to work on it is 3 hours one way from me, ** *******. The manufacturer is 7 hours. Finally had time to take it to ** ******* again to attempt to fix it in February. It still leaked and was told by them that the trailer wasn’t built plum which is what leads to the leaking. I also had issues with the side doors not working and leaking. Doors were replaced. The trailer leaks worse than it ever has. It also gets a lot of dust in the trailer on a dry day. I was transporting a valuable car for a client and when I reached the destination, it looked like buckets of dust and dirt had been thrown on the car. I called ** ******* back to get this non sealed trailer issue resolved and they stated to call the manufacturer. I’ve been trying for weeks to get in touch with them and if anyone answers the phone, ***** who is the lead person, “she’ll call you right back” or “she’s busy, she’ll call today, or she’s not even there. The company won’t even take my calls. They pickup and immediately hang up. I’d just like to get this trailer issue resolved. Preferably with a buy back as it is a lemon.

      I purchased a quality cargo enclosed trailer about 4 months ago to haul my classic car. My first trip out of the county with the trailer was last week. While driving down the highway the metal blew off of the said if the trailer. It then beat on the side door and busted the frame on that as well. I had to stop in a construction zone and risk my life trying to tape the metal up so that I wouldn't hit other vehicles. I taped it up and drove home slow. The damage ruined the entry door and put scratches down the side of my new 14k trailer. My trailer needs a new door and the metal and scratches fixed. The trailer came with a one year warranty. I filled up the supporting documents and sent pictures in with no response. I called and was told the warranty lady does come in until later. I called back hours later she's to busy. I called back next day she's to busy. I called back next day and was told her phone was messed up and couldn't use it. I asked to speak to a manager and they were out to lunch but supposed to call back. I called again and was told to busy. I just want my new trailer fixed, and I cannot take my show car to shows that I paid for until the trailer is fixed. I am just getting the run around. No way is metal falling of the side my fault.

I have looked back into our records (email) and there was a response back asking for your location information, but I never received a reply. That email was sent out the **** of October, we can continue with the warranty, but I would need your location information in order to help your resolve this issue and get your trailer fixed due to it being a manufacture defect.       I purchased an enclosed Cargo trailer from ********* ******** and ***** **** in ************ ** in August of 2022. They are strictly a dealer that sells Quality Cargo Trailers. I am a ***** resident, and the trailer is currently located in ****** I have wiring issues with the trailer, and multiple lights not working. The trailer comes with a 1 year warranty that explicitly states wiring issues are covered. I have attempted to contact the company via email, phone, and on ********* I am unable to get in touch with anyone that can help. The reviews on Facebook all describe the same problem I am having. I want my trailer repaired, or a refund.

Thank you Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/09/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company warranty representative did email me. After getting the email, I took my trailer in for the necessary warranty work. The company completing the work is unable to get a response from Quality Cargo once rhe explained that they were trying to collect payment. I have no choice but to pay for the work myself because the company will not release the trailer until balance is paid. I have tried contacting Quality Cargo myself, but the person (Ms. **************** is always unavailable for calls. I have emailed as well, with no response. There has been no resolution to the matter, so I would like to know what our next options are.

      Purchased trailer brand new from ** distributor late December 2021. Parked for the winter assuming an alignment was needed but not necessary to park for the winter. Discovered axles nearly detached from frame. Was able to find repair shop near home to have corrected and warranty claim paid after 3 weeks of invoicing and follow-up. Went to pick up trailer only to find still not pulling straight. Upon further investigation, shop found frame to be out of square in tongue going to hitch, causing trailer to dogleg behind tow vehicle. Only resolution is to haul 676mi/10+hrs to have repaired by the same inept company who caused 2 manufacturing defects already, then go home, then come back after new tongue installed to retrieve. After discussing how over 2700 miles and 40+ hours is not an expense or time away from work I can spare, Roxanna stated that it's my only option and their warranty states they don't cover loss incurred by customer. Trailer manufactuer has been building junk for years according to others experiences found on their social media account. They will not manufacture anything with Quality nor handle customer relationships with any level of integrity or customer service. I have no faith in the product or the ability of the OEM to make good on their unsafe craftsmanship. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed had the axles fully detached. And now, my resolution is to tow 1350+ miles loaded and 1350+ unloaded at $5.25/gallon and miss a weeks worth of work? This company has no clue how to do the right thing or how to build cargo trailers with quality to any degree.

      I purchased a ********** Quality Cargo trailer on ********** from a Quality Cargo dealer. It came with a written warranty to repair or replace any defects on the trailer. I sent in the warranty registration ********** Which is before 15 days of the written requirement stated on the warranty sheet. I picked up the trailer on ********** and got it home to find that it had damage to back door that was caused by the door not being properly adjusted to fit properly on closing. I, at that time filed a complaint that the issue at hand was a problem and would like it repaired. I called the company multiple times to finally get a young lady that told me to email *************************I never heard anything from this email. I found a warranty claim form on their website and filled it out and sent it in by way of their website to no avail. No one has contacted me to try to resolve this problem i have on a brand new trailer. The amount paid was $3456.00 cash for this trailer. ******
