    4 hour for change oil. H31393*32353231363531H 6/25/2*25 **** services supervisor no profesional Yo le dara * estrellas no tienen respeto por los clientes te ***** horas en espera y cuando pides hablar con algn supervisor es peor la atencin este no te atiende y sigue hablando por telfono los trabajadores rindose y burlndose terrible experiencia no regreso nunca mas

    I had a 4 pm appointment on 6/23/25 for an oil change. Not only did it take 35 minutes for someone to finally check me in, but after 3 hours of not hearing from a technician, I decided to get up and see what was taking so long. When I stood up and approached the door, I saw my SUV parked outside of the service area with the driver's side window down! I went to the technician's location to see what was happening and ask why no one told me my vehicle was ready. The manager who was there made it seem as if I was bothering them. I stood there refusing to move, and the new gentleman helped me. After locating me in the system eventually, he apologized. He then handed me the wrong car keys. I said I know my keys aren't in my car outside the service area, unattended, with the window down! We walked to my car, and in plain sight were my car keys in the cup holder window down. Thankfully, my vehicle wasn't stolen, and my belongings were still there. I turned my car on and realized someone was blasting my AC. Thanks to the tech who parked my car and told no one it was ready, I wasted three hours of my time. Never again will I return. I should've known when there were people there before me for hours, upset at the service. They had an elderly lady waiting from 11 am until about 6 pm for an oil change. This location is absolutely ridiculous. I usually go to the Nissan in *********, which provides MUCH better services, but the Morrow location is 10 minutes from my house, and I was in a hurry. Next time, I'll just drive the 35 minutes. Nissan South Morrow is horrible!!!

    Please do not risk your money and time with this particular Nissan dealership. I purchased a 2021 *** ********* from this location and have had numerous issues since then. I had to reach out to the salesman and the manager, ****, multiple times regarding my concerns.I was sold an extended warranty on the vehicle due to its high mileage, which seemed fine at the time. However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I attempted to open the sunroof, only to find that it was off track and could not close. I contacted the salesman, the manager, and the general manager over a month ago. The truck was taken to *** for repairs, but I was informed that Nissan had picked up my vehicle and sent it to another shop. Unfortunately, this shop also failed to fix the sunroof. I was then told it would be sent to yet another shop for repairs because the second shop could not address the issue.I had to use **** to pick up my truck from this shop, and I was informed that Nissan would be handling the matter a month ago. Yet, I am still in a frustrating cycle of phone tag. Pls do not purchase here, as they do not honor their extended warranties or keep their commitments.I am disappointed because I trusted my salesperson, *****. I spoke with ****, the sales manager, who assured me he would reach out to me on Monday, March 24, 2025. However, today is Thursday, March 27, 2025, and when I called to speak with **** this morning, the receptionist informed me that he was out of the office. I then asked to speak with the general manager, only to find out he was unavailable as well. I have been dealing with this issue since February 25, 2025, and my sunroof remains unrepaired. As of March 27, 2025, this matter is yet to be resolved, it's become a nightmare. I suspect they may be stalling in hopes that I will no longer be covered by the extended warranty.

    I spent over $40,000 purchasing a truck and the finance manager refuse to send me the ** **** link to create an account to protect my investment. Very unprofessional.

    I traded in my ****** at Nissan South Morrow on or around **** 6, 2024. After I had traded my car, ****** called me stating that my payment for the month of **** was due, however I told them that Nissan was to send them a payoff prior to **** 16. I spoke with the salesman ..... who sold me my car and he stated that the finance person ......... stated that I had nothing to worry about and that my payment would make it to ****** by **** 16. After **** 16 passed, ****** called me again asking for payment and threatening to add the past due on my credit report. I had the ****** rep on the phone and I called Nissan South Morrow and spoke with ****** who stated to the rep and myself that an ACH payment would be made within 48 hrs to ******. I asked him why it had not been sent by **** 16 as stated. ........ lied and promised that ****** would receive payment asap. After 48 hrs, ****** called me for payment and threatened to put a late payment on my credit. The lateness was due to Nissan not sending in payment when they told me they had. I called Nissan for weeks and had a text from the salesman ..... stating that ......stated that Nissan doesn't accept automatic checks so they would send out a paper check between **** 28- July 1st. ****** called asking for payment. ....... never called me at all during the month. After filing a complaint and leaving a review on the Nissan website, the General manager called to apologize. I shared my concerns and told him it was not his fault because he had nothing to do with it. ****** added a negative report on my credit due to this, the general manager emailed me the receipt of the payoff on July 9th- which is 1 month after I had purchased my vehicle. ....... deceived me and he was negligent. The car that they sold me had low tire pressure as well. This was a horrible experience.

    I purchased a Nissan rouge 10/27/2023, I was over charged and taken advantage of they signed my name to new forms when they got my signature, they kept changing the papers and would not answer my questions,I tried to cancel the sale and it was funny to them and I have been receiving all types of email for instance, they had to be the only person that got in touch with carfax and when I look at my papers I now see that this so called new car was sold to me as-is and they put the invoice paper in my papers with what the price is for a new car. They have carfax telling me that my tires need to be rotated I wrote to carfax and asked how they got my information so waiting for a reply. The signature on some of the papers are not my signature. All different mails from help bring a new car to they need help from me. I'm living a nightmare from that dealership and this should not be happening. Please help me.

    If I could give zero star I would. I bought my car back in September or October of last year .I told the sales ********************* before he took my money I don't want a car if anything wrong with it. Ok me and my husband ask to pay for a inspection on the car before paying ******* says oh we did one it's nothing wrong with the car. Ok cool so on March the 16 my car starts to drive funny like it don't want to go so I takes it to the Nissan dealership in ********* ** I get a *********** tell me my transmission going out. I was ****** one they lied and sold me a car that they never checked out they don't even have the proper paper work to give me to give to the *************** to fix my car. It's been a week and nothing I called and ask again the service manager ******************* service manager got very nasty on the phone with me and told me I sent the paperwork over to who I need to get it to .so they can a prove to fix ur car . He ain't sent anything over cause the people call me this morning another lie he told. He sold me a warranty never even check my or anything just sold me a bad car. I bought the car for my daughter a graduation gift now I can't give her the car cause it's not running right.I will be contacting me lawyer n calling the news people enough is enough. Lying to sell cars . I will never referred anyone to buy a car here.

    Very shady place, I went for ac help and instead of taking ownership that they broke my hood in process they lied about it tried to get me to drive home before I realized my hood was but I didnt have the car back to them. The service manager did not go look at the car just said no we are going to fix it. I had to call the cops and get the ** involved for them to get a tech to go look at my and get the hood open so I can take it home they had jammed it shut hoping we wouldnt see it. The hood still not stay close so I cant drive my car cause the hood will fly up whole driving and they was concern or even wanted to fix and it happen after they service my and I paid for other work.

    Nissan South Morrow, Deceptive and Unfair business practices in their ******************* I was a loyal customer, now I will get an Attorney. An apology is not felt in a consumers pocket.
