I had 2 HVAC units replaced on 5/11/2021. The air condition was used for the whole summer with no problems. When the weather turned cold we began to use the heat. The heat started blowing fine particles, of some white material, almost immediately. It coated everything on the kitchen counter and came out of all the vents on that HVAC Unit. We had not turned the other unit on. I reported it to Snellville H&A. They sent people out to inspect but couldn't find the source of the problem. They came out several more times for inspection of the job and tune *** but the problem persisted. In January I talked to *********************, a manager, several times who told me it was probably in the duct, it wasn't. He told me it couldn't be asbestos;I am not so sure. They sent someone out later without calling and I sent him away because I was sick and couldn't discuss it. They sent someone out a few months ago for a free spring checkup. I told this man about the problem and he said the office would have to make a new ticket and send someone else out. I have not heard form them since. The problem persists, very lightly but I am still not sure it is not harmful and am very disappointed in the way we have been treated by this companyBusiness response

Oct. 1,2020 received proposal of Duct work ($2500) and new HVAC system ($13857.00) to eliminate humidity problem in my home. It included variable diffusers to match existing hardware. At the installation was told only had 1 diffuser and 2nd would have to be ordered and installed later. The humidity is WORSE and the diffuser was never replaced. On 3 occasions I was told Tim Hunt from Snellville H & A would be out to deal with these issues. Waited 3 full days and Hunt never showed up and did not call to even apologize. Called Amana factory for advice, they told me to file this complaint that they have no authority over Snellville H&A. Also requested me to contact the State Attorney General's office which I plan to do later. They wanted to be paid for the job before it was finished and now I understand why.Business response
