      I purchased a GMC ****** on 10/11/21 brand new from Bellamy Automotive Group **** The vehicle total cost was ********* final cost was $52,601.80. Business states on website providing you peace of mind and a reliable car. My dispute with Dealership - I have taken the vehicle for repair more than 4 time (I'm missing a couple of invoices). I've had issues with the Crankshaft and Oil Leaks in two different places. I've taken my vehicle to their service center for repairs. Repairs have lasted over 20 days and some repairs for less than 20 days. I feel like the dealership should take back their Truck and return my money back to me. My vehicle current mileage is ****** miles. I have enclosed documents from dealership. I purchased a new vehicle and I have received nothing but stress and the inconvenience of having to travel to dealership back/forth for repairs. I purchased a new vehicle, as a customer I shouldn't be experiencing this.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have taken my vehicle multiple times for service and repairs, over five times.  This is not an option.  Please put yourself in my shoes.  What if you were the customer and purchased a new vehicle will all these issues?

      WE ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO REINSPECT VEHICLE FOR ANY OIL LEAKS AND ADDRESS THEM AS NEEDED.

      FOR A VEHICLE REPURCHASE THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO CONTACT ************** AND WORK WITH THE BBB LEMON LAW PROCESS.

      WE WILL WORK WITH GM AND ASSIST WITH INFORMATION THEY MAY NEED AND OR ASSIT WITH THEIR REPAIR PROCESS AS NEEDED. THEY WILL NORMALLY SEND A FIELD ENGINEER TO COME AND INSPECT VEHICLE AND WE WILL WORK WITH THEM.

      *** contacted them multiple times and requested to be removed from all marketing materials and communication however I continue to receive promotional letters in the mail. I want to be removed from ALL marketing materials and have no further communication with this business.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Instead of me having to do additional work in the future IF I receive marketing material lets start with doing your job and removing me from all systems to ENSURE I dont receive anything going forward. I requested this in 2022 and it clearly was not done. If your staff is too incompetent to complete a simple request thats another issue. I never signed up for marketing materials and am frankly tired of dealing with Bellamy Strickland.

      on December 24 2021 i was involved in a accident. other party was found at fault. on January 5 i towed my 2019 GMC sierra ****** **** HD to BELLAMY STRICKLAND COLLISION IN *********************. *************************************. they wrote a estimate for 23k repairs. they had to replace frame. finally get my call that my truck was ready. i went to pick it up but found out that alot of parts were missing and alot of bolts were loose.manager said he was going to run it threw shop again. 3 weeks later on may26 2022 i get my truck back took it home and inspected truck more bolts were loose my rear seats were not bolted up my tow hitch was loose which i use my truck to tow radiator hoses were not tighten right after i told them to check everything. my whole front suspension were loose. then my check engine light came on from them braking a senor nd using zipties to fix it. this truck was beyond safe to drive on street. i called them again and i took it back. yet again 3 weeks pass by and i get my truck back. manager had said that reason why they did a bad job on my truck was because employee quit the company while my truck was apart and nobody wanted to take it over. i drove my truck and again more bolts loose my rear tailights caught on fire not even 3 days after i picked it up because wires were not secure. i again took it back told them that this truck is not safe nd that i cant even put my family in it because something keeps going bad. i went to general manager MR ***** in the dealer group since they own the collision and he told me he was going to do right nd make sure they fix it right this time after i showed him all the evidence pictures of told loose things. i get my truck back 1 week later to again more loose stuff i called mr ***** and he told me that that all they can do for me my truck only has 30k miles on it nd not safe to drive 12/4/2022 found alot more bolts loose i need help. THEY TOLD ME JUST SELL THE *****

      I took my car to Bellamy Strickland dealership to have work done on my car Oct 13,2022. I go inside and ********************* was the advisor, As I tell him of the issues with my car, this man literally looked at me, told me I was crazy, that I must be mistaken. I then looked at him and told him to pull it up on your computer. As he did that and seen I was telling the truth, he looked over at his assisstant manager and said wow she ain't crazy! And then told me why are you still driving this car with all that? I told him what was he gonna buy me another car cause I surely couldn't cause I live on a fixed income. So I left and did'nt hear back from him until I called him on Wednesday Oct 19, 2022. He then informed me that it would cost me right at $1100 to fix my car and that unless they did all the repair they wouldn't do any of it even with it under a warrenty for the water pump! So I told him he was tripping because all of it was under a warrenty. and that I could show him. So found my past repair orders and took them to the service **** and spoke to the service manager ******, who told me he would look it over and find out. this was on Oct 20, 2022 and I waited for a call back and when Wed Oct 26, 2020 came I called an finally got ****** on the phone, he proceeded to tell me thaT there wasn't a warrenty an he still told me that my car wasn't worth them fixing and they wouldn't do the work. So I told him what?? and I then got off the phone and so I took it to higher up in the dealership. Upon speaking to *************** he to told me he would look into it and call me back. this was Friday Oct 28, 2022 an as of Nov 7, 2022 I hadn't heard from him either after making multiple calls to the dealership and service and no return calls. Then I check my voicemail on Nov 8, 2022 and the other *************** had left a message that they weren't gonna fix a warrenty part and other things were wrong with the car. all thats wrong is all together the issue! Also I've never gotten repair order yet!

      This customer's vehicle is a 2015 with ****** miles.  The vehicle has several things wrong with it that are affecting the warranted part.  This is the first time we have seen this vehicle.  We will not warranty the part without repairing the problems that are affecting the warranted part.  Customer has refused to repair the vehicle properly.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      The issues that are wrong with the car is the water pump, the thermostat housing, and the water pulley. Which clearly co-insides together. I've never refused them to do the work period. My exact words were, Why would I pay you $1900 to fix my car when there is a warranty that would cover it. They are the ones who refused to work on my car. Then they purposely gave me my car back today and had NO WATER in the resivor and the car having to have a jump. And if you call that good customer service and a give them any awards, then someone needs their heads checked! What they need is to get a new GM who knows what he's talking about, and a new service manager and advisors. Because none of them have good customer service period.!

      It all started with a check engine light on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. Leaving it with the service **** I found out I had to have lifters replaced. Next On Oct 7, I dropped my vehicle off at the Service **** for an oil change and to service the Wi-Fi connection on my vehicle which stopped working after the servicing of the lifters. I would be out of town for 10 days which I felt was sufficient time to service the oil change and Wi-Fi issues. Upon my return none of the items for servicing were completed. I then set another appointment to return the following week. During the week I was waiting to return, my vehicle (a 2021 Silverado) would stop and not start until several attempts were made. I communicated this to the Service ****. I came back in for a third appointment and the oil was changed but discovered the radio had to be replaced. Two days later, I was at a traffic signal on 138th in Stockbridge and the vehicle just shut down, no power, no lights nothing. I had the vehicle towed to my house (it was a Saturday night) The following Monday I took it to the dealership and left it hoping to get it back that day. Well it was not ready and because of work I had to take my vehicle. Needless to say, As a 100% disabled vet Im having anxiety driving the vehicle, thinking it could shut down at any moment. Now my issue is this, when selling me this 2021 Silverado, the sales person and GM assured me that if there was any problem that required them to keep my vehicle, I would be provided a loaner. Didnt happen. (Even though I invested in a hefty priced extended warranty contract). 2nd issue, after picking my vehicle up today at closing time, and still having issues, I was told the technician working on my vehicle would not be back for 8 days. Was the plan to keep my vehicle for the entire 8 days and leave me stranded with no vehicle? Im certainly tired of getting the run around, when its much simpler to say what you mean and mean what you say.

      7/6/21 Sherry ******** jumps in my face screaming and shouting because I'm explaining to her that Bellamy ********** Chevrolet was the last company to change my tires on my car I come in this location for all my needs for years now and have ever single copy of the work I have gotten done here none of her coworkers are saying anything to her I'm asking anyone to please get her to settle down everyone around is looking and no one even tried to come her down it was like they was cheering her on to talk to me like that Steve sat back watching and the lady in that desk in front of Sherry she just sat like this normal to them for her to talk to me like this another worker comes up and says we going to give your car back don't come back here only have a picture of him it took place on side of building we're they park your car after finish services cameras are there please play them back I'm a paying customer for years and my rims are totally damaged talk to the manager ****** he brush me off

I ADVISED CUSTOMER I WOULD CORRECT HIS WHEEL CONCERN ONCE I HAVE PART NECESSARY TO COMPLETE.I HAVE ORDERED CUSTOMER A NEW WHEEL TO REPLACE ONE DAMAGED DURING REPAIRS. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AS OF 7/20/21 BUT WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE PARTS DEPT LATER TODAY AFTER SHIPMENTS ARRIVE FOR THE DAY. WE HAVE ALREADY REPAIRED BROKEN WHEEL STUD AND HUB AT N/C AND WILL REPLACE WHEEL ONCE AVAILABLE.
