**** 2023 they serviced our washer. They did not go a test cycle and did not connect a hose inside washer which led to water flooding our laundry room, kitchen, hall, bathroom and part of bedroom. After drying floors they were called and said they would return after a service call. The original work was done by owner, David Rawlins and another employee. The other employee came back and said it was their error that caused flooding because they didn’t do cycle check and connect water hose. Mr Rawlins told my husband they would reimburse us for the industrial fans and dehumidifier we rented for 2 days which was just over $300.00 and they would send someone to fix laminate flooring that was damaged. We waited over a month without any follow up. When we called him back on his cp, texted him and emailed his work and called his office, there was no response. The office would not answer our calls unless we called from a number they don’t recognize. It’s been over 2 months with no response. We paid a copay for the service through our home warranty.
