I am writing to formally document and escalate a serious and ongoing issue regarding the 2017 ***** XC90 I purchased from Gravity Autos Marietta on March 7, 2025. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the vehicle sold to me, the lack of communication throughout this process, and the failure to provide timely repairs and customer service.?? Summary of Events:March 7, 2025: I purchased the vehicle (2017 ***** XC90, approx. ****** miles, 2 previous owners) from Gravity Autos Marietta.March 27, 2025: I received the vehicle after the dealership honored a We Owe commitment to fix a loud noise upon acceleration.April 2025: Within one week, the check engine light appeared. A diagnostic showed a faulty ignition coil.?? My Concerns:This vehicle appears to have been sold with known or undisclosed mechanical issues. The dealership has shown a lack of urgency and accountability in addressing these problems. The ongoing delay and lack of transportation has caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. The vehicle may not meet the standard of merchantability as required by Georgia law and federal protections.

Complaint Against: Gravity Automotive-Marietta Purchase Date: 8/24/2024 Vehicle Received: 8/30/2024 I purchased a Maserati from Gravity Automotive on 8/24/2024. I was told the vehicle had no prior damage and only one previous owner, based on the ****** provided. During the test drive, the check engine light was on. I was assured it would be resolved when I returned for an oil change. I also requested an inspection of the alignment, brakes, rotors, calipers, and tires, as the tread was worn. I was told everything would be addressed and new tires were installed. However, after receiving the vehicle on 8/30/2024, Ive had to pay out-of-pocket for the following: front and rear brakes and rotors, wheel alignment, new tires, cracked serpentine belt, alternator, cabin and air filters, and now radiator repairs and ongoing check engine light ********* June 2025, I took the vehicle to an authorized ******** dealership. They found evidence of prior body damage that was not disclosed, a leaking radiator, and multiple mechanical faults that should have been identified before sale. Many parts were still original or worn despite Gravity Automotive claiming they had been serviced or replaced.I believe I was misled regarding the vehicle's condition. The dealership failed to disclose prior damage, did not complete promised inspections, and sold me a car with major mechanical issues.Resolution Requested: Reimbursement for repair costs, partial refund, and formal review of Gravity Automotives practices.Sincerely,********** ******

We purchased a 2024 ***** RX 350 on 8/3/2024. I was asked to provide a 14 day payoff for my trade at the time of signing through Bank Of America. I reached out to them last week as I had received a payment from them that was due on 9/4. I was informed that the note had not been paid off. I was also informed that the tag office is still waiting on Gravity Autos to provide a 1 in the same document before we can swap over the tag. I have reached out to Gravity Auto on 7 different occasions to inquire about these issues and not a single call or email has been returned. Gravity should also be made liable for the payment that is due.Stay away from this business!!!!!!!

We purchased a car (03/2024) advertised as a white 2020 *** 840i from Gravity Autos Marietta; however, Carfax listed the car as black. We told this was an input error. When we arrived at the dealership, we noted several scratches and the door jams, hood and trunk undercarriage were black. We inquired again about the car color and given the same response. The sales representative spoke with the ** about the scratches and paint color and the ** gave us the input error explanation again and also informed us the dealership would cover the cost of the repairs and signed documentation validating the agreement. When we returned home, our son said that the car not white; it was black but had been wrapped with a white film. After getting the runaround from the dealership, we started getting excuses like, we purchased an AS IS car, they did not know the car had been wrapped, and that is how they purchased the car. When we finally spoke to the **, he said they would remove the wrap and if there was any damage, they would repair the damage or they would replace the nicked panels of the damaged wrap and if they found any damage to the original paint, they would repair it; we chose the latter. We have this in writing that repairs will be made. When we brought the car back for repair, they only cut out the front panel side markers and washed it, all of the original discrepancies were still there. To make things worse we live in ** and the car was purchased in **. Round trip *********************************************************** approximately 38 years of buying vehicles. Overall, the customer service at ********************** Autos ********************** is absolutely terrible due to extreme lack of professionalism, integrity, customer courtesy, and service.

I bought a 2018 *** X1 from *********************** at Gravity on 7/21/24. Was specifically told that any issues that a car may have are fixed prior to putting in the lot.Took the car to *** on 7/23/24, turns out there is an oil leak and the engine mounts are shot. Contacted *****, he offered no help. Nobody should purchase a car from this dealership. Either their service department has no clue what they are doing or they knowingly sell bad cars.

WARNING! I am a retired military veteran and retired teacher. I purchased a 2020 ******* Santa Fe online from Gravity Autos through CarGurus. I was very specific with my salesman that the car could not have any physical damage outside of normal wear and tear and that the car could not have ever been smoked in (my son has asthma). When the car arrived, it was rancid with the smell of smoke, both heavy cigarettes and of marajuana. The floor carpet had a 5 inch hole and the right rear tire had a nail in it. Paint was also peeling off the rear bumper which was not seen in the pictures of the vehicle they had posted on their website. They also tried to cover the hole with floor mats from a ***** that didnt fit and covered the gas pedal. I should have known I was being scammed because the finance manager tried to tell me that the dealer owned warranty was mandatory and that I had to buy it. It states right on their contract that the *** is strictly voluntary. When I brought that to their attention, he told me the car had already been treated, another lie. Also, I was told that the car was in pristine condition. Very far from pristine! They did not just mislead me or make a simple mistake, they will lie to make a sale and I would NOT recommend buying from Gravity Autos and CarGurus should not allow them to use their website. My salesman gave me this pathetic line that integrity is his number one value, not true at all. When I asked for a video walk around he conveniently did not film any of the damage. When I asked about the low tire pressure warning, he said it was because of the cold weather they were having when it was actually a nail in the tire, a very dangerous safety issue. This review stands as a warning, dont do business with this dealership! They get one star because they gave $500 to have the car cleaned but its has cost me well over that amount to get the car in acceptable condition.

I tested drove the vehicle didn't like it so the finance manager named ** said I got a vehicle that you might want then my sale person **** said we don't have a grey ******** the something must have happened because the he remember He got the car from somewhere I test drove it. Al went and did a carfax and told me minor damage was on. The sale was completed. I took the vehicle for an appraisal come to find out that vehicle had major damage so I took the vehicle back within a week ask could I give it back to or sell it back to them. Al the finance manager said take it to Carmax they might buy it. That was a slap in my face. Then he said let him talk with the owner and I will call you tomorrow I promise. Well he never called.
