The rebuild of our valve was such a relief financially and emotionally. I am grateful that *********************** was able to locate the parts needed and get our bathroom shower operational again.

I had a cracked *** fitting at inlet for irrigation/sprinkler. Irrigation system was supplied with water from a *** T branch off main service line. Plumbpros master plumber gave me 2 options. First option was to fix leak for $1300-$1400 with no guarantee. Second option was to fix leak by running new main water service line to the house from county service meter. option 2 included 10-year guarantee and a replacement Pressure Reducing Valve. Having no water in middle of August in Georgia, I chose Option 2 to get warranty and water.They began work next day, a Friday. They got water restored by Friday afternoon. They finished job on Monday. They filled trenches where new line was routed. I looked in my tub/box where my leak originated and irrigation/sprinkler system was disconnected. The *** T fitting was cut and a cap put on the end. This solved the leak, disabled my irrigation/sprinkler. Why was new main line was needed?The new main line caused me to cut many wooden deck boards out of my porch for plumbers to access water connection at house. The trenching also destroyed 4 separate areas of irrigation/sprinkler lines. (Which they are not liable in fine print of contract). I asked plumber to reconnect irrigation/sprinkler. He said quoteMy plumbing license doesnt allow me to touch irrigation system. He suggested I contact irrigation contractor to reconnect irrigation/sprinkler line AND repair irrigation/sprinkler lines. In short, Ive been promised 10-year warranty would be supplied to me on 4 different occasions (have text messages to prove), no PRV. Irrigation contractor uncovered trenches all along path to show depth of new water line was about 4 - 6. Water line under porch wasnt buried at all, about 10 length. New line was spliced into old line at convenient location on both ends. No new fittings. I learned they didnt get permit (as required), code is 12 depth. Owner claims new system is fine. County now involved.

Beware of this company! The plumber was dishonest and tried to rip us off with repairs to our tankless hot water heater while servicing the unit. He recommended $1,360 of repairs. For example, to replace a small sight glass he said would be expensive with a quote of $379, I purchased the part for $1.95 and attached it with two small screws in 3 minutes. When I contacted the owner of the company his only reply was sorry about that, with no follow up.
