**************** at the airport location is severely lacking. This business is dishonest and employees have no idea how to operate. I requested my car not to be locked when parking it because the spare can be problematic. Ofc they locked it and now it cannot open to be brought to me. Now everybody is confused as to what to do. The manager ***** is the absolute worse person I have ever met in my life. She speaks over you, takes no responsibility for the actions of the staff, refuses to acknowledge the customers concern and is VERY condescending. When asked for her senior manager flat out refused to give the information. Additionally the unwillingness of the other managers to try to assist after I requested not to speak with her is baffling. After paying for 5 days. I was told I have to call a locksmith as this is a technical issue they are not responsible for. I was not informed where my car was or how I would be able to get to it. Instead ***** continued to speak in a very degrading manner and that I needed to figure out how to open it as they would not.Initial Complaint

Parked in their lot and sign CLEARLY stated $15 for 4 hrs / $18 all day. I was there 3 hrs and they charged me $40. The # on the sign to call X XXX Xampark - is not connected. I went on line and finally found a voice mail for someone in GA, and of course no one returned my call. There's no website to send them contact info. My transaction info is: REEF PARKING / LXXXXXXX-UA / 1 W Jackson St lot / Ticket XXXXXXX / 6:46pm 06/25/21 / Fee Paid $40.00 / Card ******** Auth XXXXXX / Parking for 41 / PARKING PAID UNTIL 11:59pm Fri 6/25/21 / Keep Receipt for proof Of PaymentBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/07/16) */ The $40 fee was an event rate, as it is common in the area to have different rates for events. Our rate was within the market average during an NBA playoff game, and the parker had the option of not parking with us as it is pre paid parking. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/07/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all, the sign said NOTHING about event rates as apposed to hourly rates. It only posted hourly rates on its board. Secondly, get your **** straight! There was no NBA event that night. I went to a Phx Rattlers (Arena Football) game. I'm quite sure that's not the 'market average' for an Arena Football game. Stop being jerks and refund my money please.
