Hellbender Harley Davidson won't stop harassing me. I bought a motorcycle from them almost 4 years ago.Since then they have never, ever ceased to stop contacting me Random calls from the business, texts, emails, but mostly they prefer calls and texts since emails are easy to block (get the idea now?I left them bad reviews, I told them to stop contacting me. I've had to have asked a hundred times now. They are so madly desperate to sell Harleys bro. Please make them go away before I bring them to court.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues with my 2021 HD Low Rider S and the unacceptable service I have received from the Hellbender Harley-Davidson dealership in ********, **. My frustration stems from a combination of persistent mechanical problems, broken promises, and a lack of customer support.I purchased this motorcycle in June of 2021 from the Hellbender Harley-Davidson dealership in ********, **. At the time, I was explicitly promised a free first maintenance service. However, when I attempted to schedule this service, the dealership refused to honor their commitment.Shortly after my purchase, I began experiencing issues with the push-to-start ignition system. This problem has caused numerous instances of difficulty starting the bike, leaving me stranded and inconvenienced. To my great dismay, the dealership was unwilling to assist me with the matter and strategically waited (over a year) until the very end of my dealership warranty period to inform me that the battery and ignition issues were not covered. This not only feels dishonest but also leaves me facing significant repair costs for a problem that emerged within the warranty timeframe. Most recently, December 11, 2023, I was finally able to speak with someone at the dealership who agreed to take a look at the motorcycle. I had it towed to the dealership for diagnosis, but they refused to continue their investigation because the battery was dead. This lack of initiative and willingness to help is deeply concerning, especially considering the severity of the situation. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Harley Davidson expecting quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.Initial Complaint

This place charged me ******* for 2 batteries and 2 oil changes on 2 bikes. They charged 2.5 hours of labor to put in a battery and do an oil change. That is ridiculous. I would like to get at least 4 hours of labor back. It does not take that long to do this. I trusted this place to do the right thing and be honest. They took advantage of me and I am very upset. I have attached the receipt so you can see how they beat me for my money.
