**** was amazing to work with! I called on a Saturday and he was able to do the inspection on Monday before the holiday. As a first time homebuyer, I appreciated how thorough he was. He spent close to 2 hours walking me through the property and pointing out what needed immediate attention. His sent the report over same day with a very detailed write up. We were extremely impressed with ****'s professionalism and the thorough inspection delivered. Not only did **** arrive early, but did a complete thorough inspection of the property, not only noting issues, but giving quotes of costs and explaining possible consequences if certain things weren't fixed. He did a great job putting things into perspective, clarifying which things were minor and which were of utmost importance. He was friendly, thorough and very organized. I will definitely use Very Good Home Inspections again and refer them to other homebuyers!Review from Alicia D

**** is a Professional Engineer who came out to do a structural inspection after some concerns were identified by a contractor. He was quick with the inspection, had the report ready right away, and spoke with my husband and me about our structural concerns at length before leaving. I wish **** had done our pre-sale inspection and we will definitely use Very Good Home Inspections if we buy a home in the area again. Thanks ****!
