      This business came to my home to do an inspection and while doing so the plumbing from upstairs started to leak profusely through the ceiling and sewage wasted on my dinning room table, chairs and rug. The inspector at the time did nothing to move or protect the furniture and left the table and chairs like it was and didn't clean up the mess that occured doing the inspection. The table and chairs (only three of them) got damaged in the process but could have been avoided if he took the time to clean up the mess he maded and this may have not gotten to this point but talking to him he was not trained properly to how to handle situations when something goes wrong inside of a person's home that he is inspecting. When you go into a person's home to do an inspection your are responsible for any thing that you miss or damaged. This is the privilege of being able to go into someone's home, being able to have a supra key to access a person home and protecting that person's property. Any thing broken or damaged is their responsibility to make it right, that's why you must be very careful and protective of that person's property plus carry insurance to protect yourself. The owner is in no way trying to be responsible or be cooperative for what happened or make any restitution and after talking to him and waiting (which he never called back), I called back but he won't return my call at all. I may have to go alittle furture but I will give you a chance to see what you can do.

      Hello, 

      I apologize for your experience. Although you did not hire us for the inspection, we understand that you feel you should be compensated. We have performed an internal investigation and offered a resolution for the damages upon submission of a repair quote from a qualified professional. We have not received any quotes at this time and wish to resolve this matter.   

      On 3/15 our team identified a previous leak in the ceiling (see attached photos) that was not disclosed prior to the inspection. This is required by law. After the leak was identified, our inspector offered to clean up the spill, however he was defined access and rushed out the door. During the investigation, the complainant confirmed the leak was previously there and did not allow for the inspector to begin the clean-up process, stating that, it was too late. We have reached out via phone on multiple occasions including a request for photos and repair quotes on 3/23. We continue to wish to resolve this issue and offer our full support.

      I will get someone to come and check what can be done to resolve this **** as soon as possible. I am not here for t** for tat with this company but they have never contacted me about getting someone to check the table. Honesty is the best medicine to get things handle.       I got the responce from the company and do not agree with the answer because they never called me back but that is not important as of now. I have got an estimate from a qualified repair company and I will be sending it to them right after this email to you. I will also be sending you a copy of the estimate. Please advise me if there is any thing else I should do.

      I can't see rid of the business owner will respond or not because of his past actions in responding to my calls but I will wait and see what happens and if anything does come of it then I guess I'll let you know. I won't wait across from me 3 days from this day if he has not returned the call or called with a resolution to the matter then I will take further steps to try to get it resolved.

      No the matter has not been resolved  and I have not heard from the company at all. They said that they sent something saying that they wanted to resolve the matter but they have not done anything to do that. I'm not sure what else to do right now with the better Business bureau of them without going legal on it. I thank you for any help that you have given in any help that you can continue to give.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ has not reached out to me for any more information as they said. I have done what they required and got them the estimate from a reliable company. They seem to be playing games and trying to prolong the matter hoping that I would get tired and not respond to all the things they are still asking for which is more information that they never sent. They either are going to make restitution or not for the damage their employee did or not. This is not something you need to keep asking for things that is not going to change the situation. You are going to do what is right or not.

      this company has not asked me for anything but the dimension is 82 inches long and 40 inches wide and the maker is *******. There should not be anything else needed to resolve this matter. As a respectable and responsible business this should have been taken care of a long time ago. I know from having a business before your employee can make a mistake ( mine did ) but you need to make it right and move on or you will get a bad reputation from it and sooner or late it will come back on you. All I am asking is that you do the right thing. If you need to have a conference  call I am more than happy to do so.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ as not sent me anything since we started with this complaint, email or called. that is a lie. This is just a ploy to prolong this matter without getting it resolved. This is the same thing they said before and you should see that. If nothing is done very soon, I mean very soon I will take them to court and write a very bad review for this business on everything I can. This business makes outer good business look bad because of the way they conduct themselfs. The owner of thus business when I did speak to him was not cooperative or concerned about what happened and would not return my calls after that. I even have the person/buyer and her sister that was there when this happened and can confirm what happen that day. They are willing to speak out if I ask and tell what happened if they have to. It's not like I'm trying to get something for nothing, we used our hard earn money to purchase our furniture not to have it destroyed by someone. The gentleman made a mistake-own up to it.
