They stole money and did not complete the job and when I reached out to owner he stated he would give me a call and never did and never responded to any emails

Do not use these people!!! You will never get the work done, if you have a problem they will never call you back, or answer the phone. Their work is sloopy, their windows are not good. You've been warned!!!!

I signed a contract with Bath Planet in May of 2023 to have two of my bathrooms remodeled. I was told the project would start 11 to 14 weeks after my final estimation. A month later I get a call from the company I financed with stating I needed to start paying the bill. I had not received any communication about this from Bath Planet so I called them immediately. The lady stated that this was how thru did things and not to worry because they were obligated to render my services. Here it is December 2023 and I have not recieved this service. There is no working numbers. No one returns email communication either. Do not use them. I am looking into filling a lawsuit. I would give 0 stars but 1 is the least you can get.

I do not know where the previous reviews have come from, but we can tell you honestly that this company is an absolute scam. We are in our seventies and contracted with Bath Planet of ******* who supposedly is owned by the same man who owns Bath Planet of Atlanta. Of course they promised us the very best, warranty, etc. and the salesman was very knowledgeable. However, that is where it ends. We were told that it would be around 6 weeks to get the material from their manufacturer, BCI Acrylics in IL, on March 26, 2023. Months went by with no correspondence at all. Then when we did start to investigate, we were told not to deal with ******* but directly with Atlanta. One of the reasons we went with Bath Planet was that they offered 18mth, 0% financing from a company called ***** Technologies also of Atlanta. Little did we know that when we signed what was described as the application for loan, that the money (around $12k) was transferred the same day to ** Atlanta but under another name they use, Gutter Gard South, LLC. We didn't think much of this at first, but were expecting that money would be withdrawn only when needed by Bath Planet. We were then promised by ** Atlanta that our material was being expedited and to expect it no later than Sept. 21st. Weeks after that date came and went, Atlanta writes to inform us that the material was damaged in shipping and had to be replaced. Since then, we have found out that BCI had never shipped the materials since ** Atlanta owed them a lot of back payments. What is really funny is that none of these companies involved, BCI Atlanta, ***** or BCI seems to know how to reach the owner and we are left with absolutely nothing except the growing debt with ***** which they tell us is under investigation but cannot give us any type of time table of when they will finish. If you are smart, you will not do business with any of these companies...

AWFUL!! I have been cancelled on twice now. The first cancellation was the day before and the last one was cancelled the day of, which I only found out about because I reached out myself. I also had to wait double the time to receive the supplies for my shower due to another issue the company had. I also waited 8 weeks for the extra money from my loan to be given to me. I had to reach out 5 or 6 times to ask if the check was coming and each time I was told "they would send it now." I never received it in the mail until finally I was told I needed to pick it up. I purchased this in full on April 4th and it's now November, 7 months! I also haven't not heard anything from anyone for over 2 months now. *********************** has not replied to any of my emails. I have hired a lawyer and will be filling a suit.

This is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After what I felt was proper due diligence, I contracted with Gutter-Gard South to install gutter guards to my home and submitted a deposit for half of the install amount. The company's owner, ***************************, cashed my check but I was never contacted for an install date. I tried numerous phone numbers for the company, all of which went to voice mail. I left messages and emails with no response from anyone to get a status update. I went to the the listed address for Gutter Gard South and spoke with ***********************, a Regional manager about the lack of communication. I requested a refund of my deposit and was told I would receive it in one week . No refund was received. The wonderful staff at ************** also tried intervening on my behalf, but were also shut out by the company. After two months I still have received no communication or refund. It appears Gutter Gard has no intention of communicating, installing the gutters or refunding my money. They do not deserve even the one star required to submit my review.

Beware! I would not do business with this company. I had windows installed about two years ago. Windows were measured wrong, forced broken windows into the preexisting spaces breaking the *****. Two years of chasing them down and I finally filed a civil case. Won by default as neither the owner or installer called me back or had the decency to show ** in court. When faced with the judgment he stopped communicating. I stopped by office today to see if I could make one last ditch effort to work something out and the office is closed, lights off, and mail is stacked up inside the office door on the floor. No response to texts, emails, or any other other form of communication (including court ordered judgment). Steer clear of this business.

they dont deserve one star but you have to click sumn... took @1,5 years to finally get my windows.. and now after having them @9 months we discover the installers put the locking ******** so low on 2 windows the latch wont reach,,, thats 2 latches per window,,we now have to pay a handyman $300 to correct this,,,they need to be sued,,, but they will change their name and come back in business ripping customers off,,,,

This company evidently owns others around the country and is basically defrauding elderly citizens of thousands of dollars. We contracted with Bath Planet of ******* who is owned by **************** *******, Owner of Bath Planet of *******. After nearly 5 months of waiting and promises, we have had absolutely no work started or even scheduled, however, they took the full amount of the 0%, 18 mth loan (approx.. $12,000) out within the first week of signing a contract with them. We have now found out that they are in financial trouble with the company that basically supplies the materials, ************ of **, and that no material is being shipped to them because of monies owed. The ******* office informed us not to talk to the ******* office any longer but to use them only, and they have now lied to us as well telling us that the material was damaged in shipping, etc. BCI says this is not the case at all. Contact with them is almost impossible, they never return phone calls, and Ive been told that several of the people I have talked to have now left the company. Just last night, I received a text informing us that they are having some unexpected issues which will cause further delays, again, not sharing the truth with us. We are on the hook with the loan company also of *******, *****, who supposedly started an investigation over two month ago but is still lending out money for this company who we are now finding has a long standing history of this same practice. Bottom line is that investigators believe Bath Planet is about to file for bankruptcy and this may never be settled. Bath Planet does have a policy that says that if you do not file for cancellation of the project within, I believe 3 days, that you owe them 50% of the value of the contract regardless. In other words, please do not be caught up in this scheme like we did. As retirees with very fixed incomes, we will probably never see this money again and are now responsible to pay it off regardless.

At this point, I have contracted with Bath Planet to install a new shower and tub. Money has been dispersed from the lender. I have not heard from them to schedule installation. I cannot reach anyone at the company. I have called several numbers, including one given to me by the lender. I have left messages with 4 different messages and no one has returned my call.
