They are running my credit after I have purchased the car. I bought my car in 2024 why are they running my credit in 2025.Business Response

On behalf of the dealership, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent inconvenience caused by our call and actions. Due to a miscommunication and an error in our internal records, we reached out in an effort to proactively address a situation we believed was imminent.
Upon further review, we realized the issue was a result of mismanaged information on our end. We made an attempt to contact *** ******** by phone to provide clarity and offer our heartfelt apologies, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach her.
Please rest assured that we are taking steps to correct our records and ensure that such a situation does not occur again in the future. We truly regret any disturbance this may have caused and appreciate all understanding.

I bought a 20** ****** ****** from BSW Auto Sales on 12/14/2023 and i haven’t received a tag in over 3 months. They keep saying they’re going to send it but they never do. I also asked them for my receipts of me paying my car notes and they won’t give it to me but i have screenshots of me sending Brian W********* my car notes on **** *** and also just of last month sometime the alternator went out on the car and they said they couldn’t do anything about itBusiness Response

Standard practice for tags is that we submit the paperwork to the Tag Office. Once they receive the documents we have no control over how swiftly they forward your tag to you. You purchased your vehicle in December during the holiday season so things could have been slowed down due to holiday staff shortfalls I suggest that you contact the **** ****** Tag Office via phone (************) or in person and they can advise you of the status of your tags. The tag should have been mailed to you. In regards to the payment receipts, your **** *** notification serves as your receipt. I purchased the vehicle January 8, 2024 at BSW’s auto sales three days later my car radio stopped working my check engine light came on my ABS lights came on. My brakes were squeaking. My emergency brake did not work. My heat did not work so I took the car back. They told me to go take it somewhere to go get serviced they was able to fix the purge flow solenoid canister my emergency brake in my heat only, after that, my car stopped working it started jerking and wasn’t accelerating correctly I got a diagnostics ran on it and they said that my transmission has given up. I have not had the car for a month yet. I haven’t even made my first car payment yet and I’ve been telling Brian and the bank that I finance the car through about all these issues and they’re not trying to help me. They’re telling me that I’m responsible to get my car fixed and I’m telling them How am I responsible when I didn’t cause the transmission not to work and I haven’t even had the car for a month. Brian is very rude and disrespectful and he really doesn’t care about his customers. All he cares about is making money off his customers ******** cut Brian a check for $**,*** and I had to pay $1280 as a down payment I’m without a car, I’m stuck with a payment and I’m about to lose my job because I cannot get from point A to Point B. I hope this message finds you well. We would like to address some concerns and provide clarification regarding *** *******'s recent purchase of the 20** ****** ***** from BSW Auto Sales LLC.
As indicated in the ****** report on page 9 of 14, dated 09/06/2023, BSW Auto Sales provided services to prepare the vehicle for purchase before it was listed for sale (****** ****** ********). This commitment underscores our dedication to delivering high-quality vehicles to our customers.
Upon the purchase of the vehicle by *** *******, she took the initiative to test drive the car and proceeded with the purchase. However, a few days later, she returned with concerns about the vehicle. In response, we instructed *** ******* to take the car to a reputable repair shop to address the issues she had identified. BSW Auto Sales covered the entire cost of the services performed by the repair shop, (** ******** ** *** ******** ******* **** ******** *********** ***** ******** * ***********), as a courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction.
It's important to note that *** ******* was offered the opportunity, like all our customers, to purchase an additional warranty to cover any potential mechanical issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately, she declined this option. As part of our commitment to transparency, *** ******* acknowledged the condition of the vehicle through her signature on the ****** vehicle report provided to her.
Regarding the down payment, *** ******* is responsible for the down payment to facilitate the purchase of the vehicle, and ******** ********* financed the transaction.Initial Complaint

** ****** ****** ** ****** purchased a 2011 ***** ****** LX. The check to purchase the vehicle was written by me, made payable to BSW Auto Sales. As of today, the title has not been received. Numerous calls have been made to the dealership and to the owner Brian W********* with no resolution. When Mr. W********* was contacted regarding the expiration of the temporary tag, I advised him that the title was needed in order for ****** to purchase the vehicle tag. A tag was purchased but not by my ****** ****** and I. The tag was mailed to my cousin but we never received the actual title. I have inquired asking questions trying to determine if there was an issue regarding the title but no one has answer except for advising that the documents were submitted and then suddenly no replies. i went to purchase a vehicle in the beginning of july 2022 from mr.brain w********* at bsw auto sales. my car was financed through ******** ********* out of *** ******** **********. all was fine until my first paper tag expired & i went to the tag office to see if my paperwork was in so i could receive my tag. my first tag expired in august, my paperwork wasn’t in so they gave me another extension tag which expired at the end of september. we get to the end of sept., i went back to the tag office still no paperwork. i contacted me.brain, he told me he was having problems with the title of my car, yet i’m still paying a car note to the finance company who has been trying to reach out to him since i got the car for the title information. over the next couple of months after that it’s been a while back forth with him and this title. he told me 5 different people had my title. i stayed in contact with my finance company because they was also trying to get the information needed. i continuously had being try to contact mr.brain times and time again over those months and still hadn’t gotten any response and still to this day still don’t have any answers. he gave me a test drive tag in september, which is what i have been driving with these last couple of months and it is now january. the tag office doesn’t believe he have my title and/or can not get it. my finance company has cut ties with him and now i have no idea what to do or how to get the paperwork so i can get a tag to my car. that is all i want.Initial Complaint

My Son and I bought a car from this company July ******** They had my son driving off of a test drive tag for 3 months. So when we went down there to ask about getting a tag for the car they claimed the papers were already mailed off and we would be receiving them in the mail soon, well that never happened. So we went back down there and they gave us some papers to take to the tag place and when we get down there they tell us these are the wrong papers and they would give us temporary tag. So 30 days later still no tag to the car. I Went on GA.Department of revenue and look up to see about getting the tittle/tag myself turns out the owe over 4 thousand dollars on the tittle. That is the reason the gave us the run around about it. They sold this car knowning that they owed money on it. So i want my full amount back from this car.
