On July ***** We reserved a room at the Macon ga west. Woodspring suites. For ** days. Paying weekly. $282.98. A total of $1152.05 in total. The business said loud noise was grounds for eviction. And they was committed to cleanliness. The customer above us. Stomped and stormed all day and night. The toilet flushes at all hours of the day/night. The walls are so dirty the dirt oozes down. There is a layer of filth in tub. I went to front desk twice both times told we couldn't get another room. And the guy above us they said knew him and he wouldn't do that. And nothing was done. I tried calling the customer service line about 20 plus times. It rings and says no one is available call again later and hangs up. I've sent in multiple complaints trying to get someone to contact me. And no one has. They are basically saying **** it up and deal with it. They want a 91.24 to cancel my reservation. Confirmation #XXXXXXXX
