The manager stated he knew what the issue was charged over 800 dollars. Had my car for 4 days. Problem was fixed for 3 weeks went back a second time. They stated it was air in the hose or something like that. It was “fixed” again. Then two weeks later the car is over heating again. Took there Saturday morning they didn’t look at it until late afternoon and said oh it’s the water pump. Now they want an additional 368 dollars. When I spoke to the manager on the phone which he tried to explain the issue saying they didn’t know it was the water pump there is no way to tell. But then In the next sentence say that the code told them. Like when you had my car for 4 days you didn’t check the water pump? Like any one can ****** the reason why your car would overheat. Called again to see what the issue is and I was then told it was the head gasket.We are now in week 3 of my car not being fixed. After an additional 1300. Now the car won’t start. Oh you need a starter , okay they put a starter on and the car still isn’t starting. So in total my car has been worked on by them Since May it’s now going into August. They are making my car worst then what it was from the start.Business response

THis vehicle has been repaired. Each of the repairs on this vehicle were necessary and the charges were appropriate. Ms. ***** has my phone number if she has any further concerns.

I write to you regarding my blue 2010 Jaguar XF that was towed to Precision Tune, Macon - 909 Gray Hwy GA, (XXX) XXX-XXXX, on September 24, 2021. I had it towed there because it needed a heater core. I communicated with **** at this Precision Tune to let him know the make of my car and that it needed a heater core. He told me to have it towed there by **** ***** Towing. I did so. To date, my car is still at Precision on Gray Hwy and has yet to be repaired or the original parts replaced. Some facts are as follows: o My blue 2010 Jaguar XF was towed to Precision Tune Gray Highway, September 24, 2021 o I communicated with **** every other day regarding the "Heater core" being ordered o The Heater core was received on October 7, 2021 according to **** o According to **** "A man was to start working on it the next day," October 8, 2021 o Each time I called, mechanics were ill, including Alan and this is why it wasn't ready for pick up. o Wednesday, October 13, 2021, I visited Precision Tune to view the hood in disarray; the inside dash torn apart with parts on the front seats and on the floor (front and back); parts too, were on top of the car and the trunk open with paraphernalia also on the ground surrounding my newly painted Jaguar XF o I picked up my newly painted blue 2010 Jaguar XF on September 20, 2021 from a paint shop. (four (4) days prior to this) o Again, I personally visited Precision Tune on October 19, 2021 and instructed **** to put my old parts back in my car by Friday, October 22, 2021, so that I could come pick it up because I needed my car. This didn't happen. o Monday, October 25, 2021, I called again and reminded **** that I would be bringing him a notarized letter stating that my car had to be ready for pick up on Friday, October 29, 2021, either repaired or original parts restored o Tuesday, October 26, 2021, I delivered the notarized letter to *** (he was at the front desk). Like ***** *** had excuses as to why my car still was i disarrayBusiness response

In receiving message from customer, I, **** ***** (Owner), came to examine the vehicle and repair on 11/2/2021. We are not able to complete the repair due to specialty tools that are going to be required (verified 11/2/2021). I wish we could complete for customer but will not be able to apologetically. There will be no charge upon reassembly. I look to have the vehicle reassembled and ready for delivery by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
