***** ****** I paid Riverbend in Macon, Ga $1,083 which was for a security deposit and credit risk fee they have constantly gave me the run around for when I can move in they have gave me 3 different dates and I currently requested a refund and she’s moving like she don’t won’t to submit a refund to meInitial Complaint

I was told that I had to pay a deposit of 895 and a 300 credit risk fee. Okkay so I paid both and I waited on a welcome letter for 2 weeks never received it until the day before I suppose to moved in and when I get a the welcome letter it had all kind of chargers on like a admin me fee of 200 that i wasn’t aware of that had to pay and the trash fee,pet control fee which made the rent go to 954 which is a lil pricey so i expected them to tell me this instead of just saying the rent is 895. They never answer the phone and on one the property’s they have wrong number on itInitial Complaint

I have been in this Apartment since **** and its bugs n stuff impeded into the carpet n starts crawling over my husband we have an * year old and I'm currently****************** n I would like for you all to shut them down or move Away from this area I asked to be in the front when I first signed my lease
