Horrible. I registered my card online after receiving it as a gift but it can not be used or accepted anywhere. I dont know how **** approved this or how this company is allowed to operate. Its definitely a scam.Review from Jessica T

This website is complete bs. Half the time I can never get logged in with the card number, now I can login but it when I try to register my card so I can use it online, it takes me to an error repeatedly. It is very rare that I'm able to both activate and register the card for online use. TERRIBLE company. Stay far FAR away from these **** gift cards. I wish my company would learn to buy something else or that **** would actually find a good company to go through. Would give this 0 stars if I could!!Review from ELIZABETH G

Why are these cards still distributed in the **? Like every other comment here, the website doesn't work even though I can SOMETIMES see my balance, when it's not giving me an "incompatible browser" or "error occurred" or some other answer. I called the number on the back, and they said to "wait an hour" and that they can't activate the card, clearly from ***** or another country in that region of the world. I can't imagine how much money has been stolen by these people!Review from Michael K

Do NOT use! How is the company allowed to operate? I bought a $100 gift card and have tried to use it 3 times but it declines every single time! First 2 purchase attempts in person for less than $5 each and both declined despite calling the number on the back of the back and being told that the issue was fixed and it's ok to use the card. To use online you are supposed to "register" the card on their website but it doesn't work and gives an "unknown error" message each time! Have called 4 times and was hung up on the first 2 times and fed lies the other 2 calls about the card being deactivated for "potential fraud" (how?!? I bought it today and have never been able to use it!) and the website not working due to a "system upgrade" and to "try again in an hour" but 3 hours later it still doesn't work! 100% FRAUD and SCAMReview from BROOKE H

Total scam outfit. Went online to register the card and checked the balance. A few hours later I checked and the balance was ****. Silly me I called their help line, they said they can't help me bacause I'm not the owner of the gift card. And send them a fax etc. I printed the date/time and location of the transaction, in ********** using paypal at 4:07pdt on 5/2/23. Now I can't see the card anymore. Where is the company registered? If you make the mistake of buying a **** gift card, please look on the back of the card and if it is from prepaidgiftbalance.com, do not buy that card. This company is a fraud/scam and I'm not certain how the US allows them to operate.Review from Michelle O

Wish I could give below a one star. A complete scam. I have only used my card twice and looked today only to learn that there were about 4 Sephora purchases made online out of **********. How is this possible if the card is active for in-store purchases only. Save your time because these folks are a joke!
