              One word HORRIBLE! They took my money, I never received a spa or refund from them. I waited over a month, then had to dispute with my bank. Never ever again! Just horrible to scam hard working people out of there money. I am totally discussed with the whole process!

              PortaSpa turned into Slimvos then Slimvious. I found them on the Klarna app. I didn't believe Klarna can do business with scammers. Long story short...Company doesn't even exist anymore. Klarna has a bad reputation from me now. They probably scammers as well.

              I ordered the Porta Spa on May 12,2021. It's June 30, 2021 and I still have not received it yet..! I emailed you a couple of times did not receive a response but once and they didn't get back with me.. I tried to email them and it said no contact information and it was like they were closed

              Ordered porta spa April 16. It's June 15 today. 2 months later and only one Reply to my initial email I sent may 2nd that it takes 1-3 weeks. Every email after that has been ignored. Website is nonexistent now. Some how they've managed to change website to "slimvos.me" but has no means of contact. Tried plugging the "website" into Google and it just doesn't recognize the search at all lol I've obviously been duped. But now I have to deal with ****** who doesn't seem to have a refund policy because they are third party. Lordt help me.

              Ordered This spa on April 30th no word but one email saying it takes weeks after i have waited customer service is not there . If you are a business get back with your customers in a quick fashion

              Issue a refund and problem will be solved
