      I ordered a portable seam sauna for PortaSpa April 25, 2021 for $159.99. I havent recieved the product or an email as to why I have received anything. At this point I would just like my money back.

      I purchased a Porta Spa online. On 3/24/21 My credit card showed a payment to Porta Spa LLC . I have never received the product and all efforts to try to contact them have failed. I saw on your site this has happened to other people.

      On May 5 I ordered a porta spa from the porta spa company. After 4 weeks I emailed them to check the status, they said it would be 1-4 weeks before it's shipped. I email them again on June 18 and there was no response. I just emailed them again on Aug 11 and the email is no longer valid. So they scammed me for $150.

      Placed an order for a portable sauna from PortaSpa aka Slimvious on 5/7/21 in the amount of $159.99 via Klarna.com (a payment installment company). I contacted PortaSpa more than 10 times in regards to me not receiving the item that I purchase from them. Someone responded to my 1st email and I got no response after that. I've contacted Klarna in regards to this matter and they have been trying to assist me with it but they stated that they cannot issue me a refund until they receive a refund from PortaSpa. I feel like I've been SCAMMED & VIOLATED. All I want is my money back so I can be rid of anything dealing with that company.

      On Monday May 10th I ordered a portable steam sauna from Portaspa for $144.00. After about a month I inquired about approximate shipping and got no response. I have since emailed once a week with still no response. I have called them and left messages several times and no matter when or how many times I call I always get the same message that no one is available. I have left my name, number and order number many times and no call back. The order number involved is 3039. I just want my money back.

      I bought this item may 3 2021 and I still haven't even received the spa. I just want my money back I payed 255.99. I screen shot every email I got and sent to them. I have been very patient and just can't sit around anymore. Thanks for anything you do

      On May 8, 2021 I placed an online order totaling $249.93 from "PORTASPA". I have not received my order, neither have I heard from them. I took into consideration a delay because of COVID-19. Nevertheless, when I sent an email, the email came back undeliverable. I attempted to call the number given for them but, it continuously hangs up. I attempted to go to the website but it stated the store is not available. I would like my money to be refunded.

      I purchased the product from this company on 3/27/2021. I paid $159.99. As of today I have yet to receive the product. I followed up on 5/8, 6/18 and 6/22. This is a terrible experience. I have requested a refund of the money I paid out.

      I ordered a portable steam sauna on April 24, 2021. I took advantage of the 4 payment option through Klarna and have made all four of my payments. $36.00 x4 April 24th, May 8th, May 22nd and final payment June 5th the total...$144.00. I have emailed and called this company at least 10 times. In May..they said they were behind. Give them more time and orders will be going out June 4th. I waited and 2 weeks later I have called and emailed. They have not responded since mid June. I would like my money
