SCAM, *******, & CRAPPY CARS are the best words to describe my personal experience with this place. We bought a car in early June and we drove it for only 8 DAYS then it quit working. Transmission light came on and wouldn't go into drive. Got it towed there and they have had it ever since! 3 whole weeks to fix a car?? And they STILL have it! We demanded our money back and were told we could make a trade in but it would be an extra $5k down for a car that was sold as certified preowned that didn't work! Then we asked if we could have our trade in back but they already sold it in less than 30 days. We spoke to the ** and service manager each day and still NOTHING has been done with our car. We keep getting told that it's "being worked on" or "we ordered a part for this and we called in a specialist" and "Monday it will be the first thing we look at". I will never go back to this terrible excuse of a dealership. We have paid on a car that we drove for 8 days out of the month we've owned it and have been pushed aside each time. They have even told us that for 3 weeks we couldn't get a loaner or rental so we have been sharing one car. Severely disappointed as this known "dealership" acts like a used car lot and does not care about you once you sign the dotted line. DON'T TAKE THE RISK.

Shopped on chevrolet website to buy new truck. When I got to dealership the price was more than website Plus they has ran a unauthorized credit report I had already had a credit report by chevrolet pulled and sent o them by chevrolet They added **** to sticker I called chevrolet. They removed **** from price but said there is going to be a Maxie sealant application to vehicle that costs **** and is non negotiable I asked the lady if she had saw the movie Fargo. She said yes. I told her no thanks for the offer. All this is after two days or deceptive run around. I am 56 years old I have bought many new cars but the smell of this place makes me run.

After they did a 'bait and switch price' on a car we were purchasing, they hid the pricing until after digital signatures were made and then shoved us out the door. Later I returned when I learned they had tacked on 12K in fees and warrantees that we did not know had a cost. We were told they would be free. Absolutely different attitudes after you sign, and they would not do anything to explain the increase in price. So we are stuck with an overpriced car. I can live with that mistake. BEWARE that they will have you sign on a digital pad and you will not be able to see the itemized list of what you are being charged. Next afternoon, I learned that the finance guy had fraudulently used my name and email to create a GLOWING review for himself on Cars.com. Yep....this is the criminal tactics they use. BEWARE of this dealership....and read everything twice before signing.
