This place was my worst nightmare Never and I Mean never take your belongings their. I came to find my lock cut off and my unit door closed when I open it up rodents p*** all over and 90% of all my belongings missing. In the process of my claim the detective ***** even returned my call and when I called front office she said she doesnt have access to cameras the owner does ? Someone picked through all my valuables emptied each box and removed a Leather Sofa and no one seen nothing. Right outside my unit was 3 or four cameras this Place needs to be closed down ASAP, the day that I reported the lady at the front desk said the police recovered some things I went back the next day to continue to clean out my unit and called the front desk again this time she was a entire different attitude and said nothing about my belongings period and said I should talk to the Insurance person!!!!! Wow like where is my Sh..! Rude and very Ghetto place Never ever trust them or go theirReview from Michael J

This is a horrible business, it can't keep up with payments, it left mine in the drawer from my bank **** pay program several times, and each time I had to go in under the threat I was locked out of my storage unit but each time they had the payment and tried charging me late fee's after they changed my due date. Can't keep employees and they are poorly trained, The owner a so call manager's English and disposition are as horrible as the business itself. I'm constantly having to find show my payment coming out of my bank account to get them to see, find or even locate my payments. It is **** the # and I have made a total of eight(8) payments year to date, yet I am still told that I am late. Year-to-date I have paid $1,472.00 when I should only pay $1,104.00 My payment is being increased after 7-8 months from$184.00 to $219.00. This is an unorganized and gouging money grab, stay away !!!!!!!!!!!! One star is too much for the frustration aggravation.
