I was in a car accident And my insurance company gave me this place to take my car to on 9/6 when I received my car everything in my car was reseted and mud was literally everywhere Even inside my vent I had to get my car detailed because I have 2 babies who wants all of that in they car? I took a Picture of everything on and inside my car to even up under my hood! They switched my batteries and the battery that I have in my car is not the battery I bought and now my car is dead and i had to pay $200 for another one i called and he denied every single think he went on defensive mode fast when I have a picture of the battery I left in my car and he's still denying and I'm showing him the picture not to mention when They told me my car was ready I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because it wasn't ready when i got there I need this situation to be handled because I'm not about to be out of $200 for a battery that was stolen out my car its no reason for them to even go up under my hood
