Horrible company. ****** in the office called me a b**** because he said I slammed my paperwork down on his counter. What kind of company conducts business this way?! Myself and my company wouldnt have any business with me cussed out our customers and called them names.

Unfortunately when the local police department arrest an individual, they impound the vehicle to maintain safe roadways and safe keeping of the vehicle. At times this does create unhappy customers at our location. It is our policy to treat customers with respect, and our employees should also be treated with respect. Lance Wrecker Service apologizes for any disrespect you received.

Lies to my wifebait and switch tactics.. not honest they say anything to get you car up off the ground then hold you property hostage for an increased profit avoid avoid avoid

The driver was involved in a 3 car accident. While the she was waiting on the police to arrive, she had her hazard lights on and the battery went dead in her car. When the wrecker arrived, she asked the driver to jump her car off. The driver explained he wasnt sure if the car was safe to drive, that he could move it to a parking lot for $100. The officer came over and explained to the driver that since she wasnt at fault, she could have the car taken to the tow yard and the insurance company would pick the car up. The driver decided to do that and asked to ride with the Lance driver to the tow yard. When she arrived at the tow yard she explained that she had a roadside company coming to change out her battery and would be picking up the vehicle. We had a driver jump her car off and bring it to the front lot and she was charged $90 for the tow to the lot. I do see how the confusion come in with the officer telling her if it is brought to the lot, the insurance would handle the expense. In most cases the car is not drivable, and insurance picks the vehicles up without a cost to the driver. The driver should have been told if she pays the car out, she can turn the tow ticket into insurance to be reimbursed. I apologize for the confusion but our driver and the officer were not trying to bait and switch in any way.
