      A canvasser for the *******, ** location named ************ has repeatedly visited my neighborhood and left flyers on houses and properties that indicate No Solicitation. This is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate of homeowners' wishes.Just this week, ************ has left a hanging flyer with his name and number on my front door handle and stuck the same flyer underneath my windshield wipers when my car was in the driveway; there is a clearly visible sign that says No Solicitation posted on my front door directly parallel to the handle and at eye level. Any person with the slightest bit of professional practice and common sense should know that to solicit business information means to ask if that business can perform whatever its services are. No Solicitation means no business services or business information is wanted!As a result of ************'s unprofessionalism and inconsideration, the paper flyer stuck to my windshield and will not come off, creating more work for me that I would not have to attempt otherwise.This is not the first time that ************ has left a hanging flyer on my property despite the No Solicitation sign.Roofclaim.com, it is your responsibility to properly and efficiently train your solicitors on basic rules for soliciting to property owners and homeowners. No Solicitation, No Trespassing, and any other message of the like means services are not wanted and information about services is not wanted either.

Typically homeowners are unaware of damage to their roof and we want to serve our homeowners right when they need us to prevent further damage to their homes and property. We are so sorry that our flyer stuck to your windshield! We have on-going training, and we will use this as a learning opportunity for our sales team to coach them about proper flyer placement. Again, we apologize and we would welcome the opportunity to serve you in the future. We want to ensure that we do not inconvenience you again.       Roof Claim did not advocate for us when our insurance denied our initial claim. We contracted with a new roofer, filed a new claim, and subsequently got a new roof covered by insurance. Now, they send scouts to my neighborhood (clear No Soliciting signs at each entrance AND posted on my front door) and leave flyers weekly. Do not recommend.

      ROOFCLAIM WILL PUT the **** on property.. My roof damaged on August 2022 I called ******************************* Senior field Agent . He came over to inspection He asking show him my insurance policy , After he read my insurance policy , he said I only pay my deductible anything else his company Roofclaim. com will taken care of , he promised he will take care from A to Z , he and his company will deal directly with my insurance company. then I believe and trust ********* signed the contract , I paid my deductible. **** replaced suddenly on October 2022 I got the letter said Roofclaim put the **** on my property because I am not pay off my balance. I called my insurance they said paperwork processing need time , I called Roofclaim ask them why they put the **** on my property. They said they put the **** to my property because they make sure I am not selling my house . Finally DO NOT deal with roofclaim with many headaches in future ..

      Good afternoon. At RoofClaim.com we understand the process of a major construction project, including all the appointments and paperwork involved, can be a very strenuous ordeal for some homeowners. In this case, there was a balance due within the timeframes between the completed roof replacement and full payment received as outlined in the contract that was signed by **************** on 4/18/2022. RoofClaim.com sent **************** a certified letter stating future actions that would need to be taken IF the balance was not resolved. In less than two weeks of sending theletter, **************** paid the balance in full and RoofClaim.com emailed the warranty packet to him directly at ******************* A lien was never perfected on this property and if **************** would like the warranty packet emailed to him again we would be happy to do so. We truly appreciate the opportunity to assist **************** and hope he is enjoying his new roof.
