      Atlanta fine cars is a rip off they target black people with bad credit only to sale the high end Lemon something has to be done about them if you had a bad experience call me so we can start this petition ********** Im gonna put in a Law suit asap

      I didnt sign anything thing for this transaction because I asked her could she give me my money back and she said no that was taxes. I said I never knew I had to pay $1600 or $291. Just to get my car cause I never gave them permission to fix my car in the first place. Thats where the problem came in. They did it on their on and overcharged me and keep the money. I asked for my money back and they scammed me out of my money. Thats why the police told me to report it to my bank and call the Better Business Bureau.

      ********************************* called our office stating her 2008 ******** does not start and wanted to have it towed into our shop. She filled out a work order for us to do a diagnostic.. After finding the problem, we then contacted her letting her know the issue and how much it was going to cost. When the vehicle was ready, we then called her to pick it up. She came with ************** who is her.........The diagnostic which was $585 was waived (please see attachment). and ************** who came with her was aware of her vehicle situation and wanted to pay. We don't accept 3rd party payment so he had to sign a credit card authorization and a copy of his driver's license before we could accept his payment. The vehicle was repaired in April and no one has contacted us either him or ************** to let us know what's going on. Even in his complain to your company, he's only stating that he never asked us to repair the vehicle, we over charged him and he asked for his money back and we scammed him. As I stated before since the vehicle was repaired, we never got a phone call or they never came to our office which if you check, we're not that far apart. The customer was even told that they had electrical problem. Before repairing any ones vehicle, we'll let them know what's the problem and the amount to fix it and they have to approve it before we move forward. If he wants, he can contact our office and let us know what's the problem and we're open to see what's going on. Thank you.

      Maybe he does not know but forging people signature is forgery. Not only he was present and he filled out the authorization form but gave us his driver's license. Customer is making this up. What is his mean reason for this complaint. He has not stated if there's something wrong with the repairs we did. Again, we're not in the business of forging people signature and that's why we ask for ID's even when they fill out the form.

      On January 28th, we bought a ********* 135I from Atlanta Fine Cars.$2,000 was put down that day to bring it home. $11,500 was the full asking price. They sold us a car that was acting fine. They did not disclose any diagnostic problems with the vehicle. Once we brought it home, it was problem after problem. After taking it back to that place, the very next day explaining all these problems, they told us they dont know whats wrong with it. So they basically refused to help **** took it to a shop, **************** in ******* **.I paid someone $164 from Your Mechanic to come out and look at it. They both told me that the problem was going to cost a lot of money to fix. It had transmission issues along with multiple engine issues. The transmission was basically on its last legs as was the car which again, was not disclosed to me when I bought the car.I took the car back to Atlanta Fine Cars and expressed the issues with this and called several times trying to get them to help me. They continued to say they dont know. They wouldnt help is there basically because we signed the paperwork, the car was now our problem now.I changed two sensors can shaft and crank shaft as well as replacing the air intake. Replaced MAF sensors too. This all cost me to lose my job for the car was unreliable the day after purchasing it. I have spent countless dollars and time into this car.I only had the car in our possession for about a month and became 5 days late on the payment because they refused to work with us. So they repossessed the vehicle and claiming that we pay over $3,000 just to get it back. Our monthly payment was supposed to be around $400. I was told that they will happily take the car back, along with all the work, progress and money I put into fixing it. However they will not give me my money back for selling us a car that was in bad shape.It is unethical to run a business this way. I am not the only person this has happened to from there either.

      On January 25,2023 ******************************* visited our lot and was looking for a *** specifically to restore. He was taken to the back of the dealership were he saw a special edition *** that he wanted to get since he said " HE WORKS ON THEM. He was told that yes it's drivable but it needed work and as he stated himself that the vehicle was acting fine. We sell all our vehicles ''AS IS'' and explained to them everything while signing the documents. He was also short on his down payment which we give him sometime to bring it back and he wasn't answering his phone when he was called. The amount he give us was actually $1950 and not $2000. No one ever spoke to him about him returning the vehicle and getting his money back including what he put into it. ************** statement is false and we did try to contact him before having it picked up. Thank you

      Atlanta fine cars repo my car despite the fact that I made advance payments

      Good morning Ms. ***** and thank you for reaching out to us. ****************** last payment to our dealership was November 12, 2021 and we have a customer activity for him where he was contact since then by the same phone number that he text those information, the same email where every month we tried to reach out to him and text him but he never made any payment. After the vehicle was repoed, that's when he reach out to us by email and emailed some receipts which does not belong to us.(please see attachment of what we emailed him this morning). Again, we've tried to work with all our customer even in times of difficulties but the receipts he email us does not belong to us and like we told him, we need to see the actual credit card or bank statement where it shows that he made those payments. Thank you.

      I bought a 2019 scat challenger. When I bought the car it had major internal damages that I had to pay and fix out of pocket. When I first got the gas the headlights was out. I took it back to Atlanta Fine cars to fix but they only made the other head light go out. I got into a car accident I hit a deer. When the insurance towed it to the collision shop, they told me that there was up 5-6 thousand dollars worth of damages done to my car prior from before I had it. How I know is because my insurance company called the lazy insurance company to confirm. I'd only had the car for 3-4 months. When I called Atlanta Fine cars to confront them about they kept lying saying we were the only ones to have that car. Me and my boyfriend saw the person that had the car previously because he was a celebrity. Also the owner told me a certain price for the down payment. Which I ended up paying more when I first got the car. Then every month when it was time for me to pay my car note I went to the place to pay it because I didn't trust them with my card. They tried to make me pay even more money saying I owe this and that. Then on top of that, while the car was in the shop I told them they needed to figure something out of pay some of the damages because I'd have to pay my car note and the deductible for the car plus the damages that were done prior. They took money off my car not and I kept them updated every month on what the people were saying. Unfortunately the collision shop told us after 5 months of having my car they couple repair it because the damages were so severe and they didn't want to risk getting sued. When I called and told them they said okay and keep them updated. Two weeks before the shop I found to fix it was going to be done fixing the car. I called and let them know what they said and when it's be done. I got a call one morning saying my car was repo a week later. If she didn't feel comfortable making her payment by phone because she doesn't trust us, it's her choice and opinion but we have hundreds of customers that pay us by phone. Attached is also her contact activity that includes dated and times that we tried to work with her since the deer accident and after numerous failed attempt to work with her after her last payment was 5/21/21 with a huge past due amount.

      I went to purchase a 2009 Porsche Cayenne. .I asked how many miles was on it Guy told me 120,000 I left $490.00 to hold it til the 28th of September. I went back three days before time to purchase to hear it run. He had battery boosted and it displayed 222,000 miles I immediately said something about it,. Guy said he don't remember telling me. I asked for my deposit back, because miles was way too high, they told me it was non refundable, and that 222,00 is like 120,000 on a Porsche So they wouldn't give me my deposit back and I was press to have something to drive I went back to buy vehicle on the 28th of September. they took another $1,500 from me in order to drive off lot ,leaving me with paying $298 on October 19th for taxes and a Pick Up on rest of down payment of $500 on October 29th including $400 for car note on 29th So they charged me $2,500dwn I gave them $2,000. Car was put outside fence I never text drove. too many miles No headlight, no wipers. I cant drive when rain

      I purchased a truck from, Atlanta fine cars. I had been having problems out this truck since bought it , but I bought it as is, so I had to take care of it myself. Up on arrival to drop my truck of at Braxton automotive for over heating issues. Up on inspection of the car they in formed me of a leakage that was savers and needed to be fixed. The technician said that all the water was out and my truck was next up for repairs. Shortly after I got a call from Braxton Automotive and said I guy just hoped in your truck and drove off. Then I got a call from the repo guy stating he was taking my car because I was behind. I the call Atlanta fine car and they gave me and option to pay $1000 and my car would be return. So I took them the $1000 and sign a release and 2 days later they returned my truck to Braxton automotive. Up on return the tech inspected the car again to find out that, when the tow truck guy that Atlanta fine car sent, drove off with no water in the truck and blew the moter

Mr. **** was late on his payment and we tried to work with him where back in July after pleading with us that he had some financial problems, we accepted partial payment with him agreeing to pay again in few weeks which he didn't. We tried to contact him by phone but he avoided our phone calls. The vehicle was then sent for repo by a third party who picked it up from a repair shop. Yes they did informed him and the repair facility that they repoed the vehicle so they wouldn't think it was stolen. He then came in to our office and pleaded with the manager who was nice enough to work with him and accepted $1000 which he said that's all he had and would be back in 2 days to pay the balance on his account which he hasn't and he even helped him out to take the vehicle back to the repair facility without charging him. As you see like all other complaints it always the customer but all of there complaints are the same. In there response they didn't mention the problem at hand. Ok we get it I was late and I resolved that and I never begged him to do anything but fix my car. The repo was not sent by a 3rd party, the order came from Atlanta fine cars. When they pick up my car it was running. When they return it, the engine was blown do to the repo guy driving it, with no water in it. This is the only thing in question. My Range Rover was running when they pick it up, but it had a leak. Up on sitting at the repair shop all the coolant had leaked out. Instead of him towing it he drove it 15 miles with no water which resulted in a blow block. Atlanta fine car, never mention the problem in there response they only dodging the question at hand.
