      They are absolutely unethical! They post a price online and when you get the vehicle they magically change the **** in the paperwork . Terrible customer service and no attention by management to boot

      ************** ****** - You came to the dealership and looked at multiple trucks, looked at the sticker prices of all of them, and then decided you wanted to see numbers on the **** Trailboss Custom Silverado. You claim we were trying to change the price of the vehicle, when in fact the price we presented to you was the exact sticker price set by Chevrolet. Where you are mistaken, is that the pictures and pricing you were looking at on your phone were for a 2023 Trailboss Custom which was about $5,000 less. You told us you wanted the **** and that is why the price was higher. Thanks, **** Cullen

      Horrible dealership the general manager and his staff has the worst customer service you can possibly get in this business. All I asked for was a buyers order. I was so insulted and it makes no sense rather you are black, white, red or purple. You should be treated with respect and you should get good service I understand because I am in this business that the dealership is is at the bottom, In Sales and gross but I can honestly say I really see why I am over a 750 credit score plenty of money in my bank outright on a **** pack and all I wanted to do is to buy the blue **** pack that they are selling for the last week. It has been a nightmare. Even went all the way to the ** and after talking to him, *** decided to just enjoy the one that I have and later on upgrade but if anyone at the dealership reads one of my post, you guys are not making money because of your customer service

      Hi ****** - I am sorry that you feel that you got the run around from us. Our goal is to provide any and all information to customers that we possibly can. You called in and spoke with our GM, stating that you were a sales manager at ALM Union City. Our GM asked you, "oh, are you a dealer,I am not interested in wholesaling it" as 99 out of 100 times somebody mentions to us they work at another dealership, they are looking for us to wholesale it to them. You responded, "I'm not looking for you to wholesale it to me", and said to him "well you are not much better" and hung up the phone. How you can say we are not treating you with respect in this situation seems not fair to us. Thanks

      Not a good place to conduct business. While searching for a car, this was the only dealership that did not contact me about the status of the vehicle I was interested in. All the other dealerships I looked at had contacted about the vehicle status whether it had been sold or still in transit. They simply did not care.

      This business needs to lose there license. I took my car in for an oil change back in July on a Friday. on Monday my car completely stop working. I had it towed back to them. I have a warranty so I called my warranty company and they told them I needed a complete breakdown of my engine I had to pay for that out of pocket which was 600 hundred dollars. My warranty company let me know that there was no oil in the engine which they have pitcher of and said they will not fix it because of the no oil in the engine. Terry Cullen said they not fixing it because they claiming lack of maintenance I have all my receipts from all my oil changes I get it done every 3 thousand miles. They mess people cars up. Not only that when I had my car towed from them all the parts from the breakdown is still in my back seat yes I said that they never put the car back together so my gas line is not connected and leaking gas in my drive way this company does very bad business i have pitchers and Im sending to every news station to get this on the news also Im getting a class action lawsuit going against them because the gas line not being connected can cause harm to not just my family but my neighbors as well smelling the gas. They need to be shut down now please listen and dont go to this company for any needs.

      Hi ****************** - I am sorry for your frustrations. The vehicle had oil in it when it left our shop on Friday and had oil in it when you returned the vehicle to us on Monday. If there was no oil in your vehicle, you would not have made it out of the parking lot and the engine would be completely seized. Your engine is not seized, and is still spinning upon crank, proving even more so that it had oil. However, your vehicle has over *******+ miles on it and you have major complications surrounding your timing chain and it's related components. I am not sure why your extended warranty company has denied your claim due to lack of oil, that is something that you will need to discuss with them, as if your vehicle did not have oil, it would not spin and would be completely seized.       Went there because they advertise that they are a certified GM service repair company. I understood that their prices would be higher than other shops but thats because they offer premium service with genuine GM parts. I was charged a little over 500 dollars for them to test my Ac to see what *** be the problem. They quoted me **** dollars more to replace my ac lines, stating that that was the problem why my ac was not working. After a week my ac failed to work again. I brought my car back. The same day they told me my car was fixed and ready for pick up. They said that something needed to be reset I believe electronically. And I was not charge for anything. A day goes by and my ac fails to work again. I bring it back to the shop. This time they send me another estimate explaining my ac compressor is bad and needed to be replaced for **** dollars more. I pay that and the same day they tell me my car is fixed and ready for pick up. A day goes by and my ac fails again. I bring it back to the shop. They tell me that the technician working on my car sincerely apologizes but that he forgot to secure a connector and that they would like to keep my car for further evaluation. 2 days go by and they send me another estimate claiming that my old compressor shorted the electrical fuse box and that it will need to be replaced for 750 dollars more. This is a certified GM dealership and service shop and they are charging me while they guess whats wrong with my car. They are not accounting for the technician not securing a connector as a cause for the damage to my fuse box and are trying to blame the new repairs needed, on my original compressor that *** have not been needed to replace since the same issue occurred even after a new compressor was installed. They dont offer loaner vehicles and they continue to charge more and more money. Its been over a month dealing with this issues and close to **** dollars later.

      I am very disappointed with the service I received at Terry Cullen Southlake Chevrolet. My vehicle was accepted on April 6, 2023 and was not returned until June 13, 2023 (almost 10 weeks later). The parts were received and installed on May 10, 2023 according to the Service Advisor. I waited a few more weeks with no additional information.I finally went to see the Service Manager on May 31, 2023. He went into the back service area and talked to the technician. He returned and told me my vehicle would be ready the following Friday, June 2, 2023. I heard nothing further from the manager for another week.I ended up the following week talking to the General Manager on June 7, 2023. He went to his office and called the Service Manager and technician. He returned with the information that it was expected to be completed by this upcoming Friday, June 9, 2023. This time the Service Manager made calls to my cell phone updating me on the progress.Neither the Service **************** Manager or General Manager never answered the question - "Why did it take 10 weeks in the shop?". It was over a full month after the parts were supposedly installed and waiting to put everything back together.Also, the vehicle was supposedly cleaned, but the ignition O-ring (on/off with key) was not even installed, and there was a part of a vent in my back seat, and the toothpick holder/case was crushed under the center console appearing from under the back.I can't take it back to the service center because it may take more than 10 weeks again without any updates or reason next time.

      Hi **************** - I am very sorry for the delay on your vehicle and that it took 10 weeks to complete. That is most definitely not our goal, but in certain cases, especially very large jobs like yours in which the entire dash of the vehicle has to be removed, the work takes a long time to get through our shop. Your job required a World Class Master Technician certification to complete it, and although we have 4 that we are very proud of, your job took longer than expected. If it was easy, it would have taken less time and maybe we could have put another available technician on the job, but any time the entire dash needs to be removed to replace an evap core, that is a very meticulous, laborsome job, and requires years of experience to complete.       I currently have a new vehicle I purchased from you in November that I cant drive because the temp tags have expired, my bank is about to reprocess my loan as a non collateral loan with a double interest rate which will double my current $800 car payment and a finance manager ******* who never keeps his word and although he knew my tags expired March 6 to date I have heard nothing from.I have been dealing with since Nov is having a profound impact on my health! And again ***** is helping me yet ALL of the blow back of a simple typing error and a manager (*******) who blames everyone around him all coming back on me! The location had the truck package with tow that I needed and desired so I drove from ********* to georgia to purchase the truck. Paid cash with a check from my credit union. I was told I would have to register my car in ***** since my drivers license was in *****. Fast forward to ***! Still no tags. Called dealership. I was so frustrated handling via phone I drove 4 hours to get to help. I asked for a new temp tag Now **************** enters the picture. Immediately tells me what he cant do (give me a new tag) a complete jerk. I paused him again explain to him this isnt my issue and as the customer needed him to step up. He went to the computer and saw the paper was NEVER submitted to ***** because whoever submitted our in ******* GA as my address instead of ******* **. he never apologized but did supply me with new temp tag that expired March 6.Weeks went by nothing from anyone I have NOT heard from any from the dealership since March 2 when I was asked to supply my insurance information. Again my tags expired March 6 and as of today March 15 I still have no tags! No follow up and a $50,000 truck that is just sitting in my drive way that if I drive I will be doing so illegally. I dont have title or car information so this isnt something I can resolve on my own and the dealership is refusing to help me with a situation they caused! I need help!

      I was told that my down payment would go towards my sale price and I gave 4500 and I got my truck through financing and when I got my statement nothing changed so they just kept my down payment

      Not sure what to say, Ms.Morales bought the vehicle for the advertised price, plus fees, taxes and gap insurance. Those items amounted to $4498.38 so I can see where she thinks her $4500 did not lower the sales price. They did in fact cover those items mentioned above.       On October 7th 2021 I went to Terry Cullen Chevrolet to trade in my 2020 Dodge Journey. They offered me a 2021 Chevy Equinox. Told me congrats gave me 2 keys to the car and I left. When I got home I didn't have any contact to the Equinox. I called them back and told them that they told me they gave me the contact I signed. I didn't sign any contact and wasn't even told the amount of the Equinox. Then I received a monthly statement from wells Fargo that I was surprised to me with a high monthly payment. Terry Cullen Chevrolet said they would not help me or change the contact which I didn't sign. I was taking advantage of as a woman. Please help me.
