I would highly recommend The Roofer Direct! ****** is professional, knowledgeable, ********, and very personable. I had my roof replaced and it looks beautiful! The crew was on time, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. ****** provided a seamless job with no added stress to me. He took care of everything. Great service and amazing people.

**** and his team did a excellent job on my roof. **** handled the job in a professional way working with my insurance company. We hired The Roofer Direct to replace our roof after a major hail storm. From the start, **** dealt with the adjuster from the insurance company. I never had to lift a finger. They entire company is incredibly professional, starting at the top. They were flexible with scheduling and handled any unexpected issues that came up during the process professionally and quickly. The end result looks amazing. This was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with a contractor that I have ever had. I cannot recommend them enough.The Roofer Direct, LLC Response

We had roof damage after the hail storm in *******, **. **** from The Roofer Direct has been a miracle worker taking care of all our issues. He made the process of working with our insurance company a breeze. From start to finish, **** kept us updated and completely informed. We now have a beautiful roof that we are very pleased with. This company did excellent work installing our new roof. They arrived on time, did a very high quality job (finishing in two days) despite the heat and size of our house and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Our finished roof looks beautiful. We were in one of the hardest hit areas of the recent hail storm, 3 broken windows on my house, holes in my siding, car windows gone in short looked like a bomb went off. Put in a call to The Roofer Direct since they did such a great job on my last roof. They had someone out within an hour and did temporary repairs to keep the inside from getting even worse, called in my claim and met with the adjuster last week while I was at work. Got everything covered and I have no doubt they will do a great job this time around as well. If you want professional peace of mind I would definitely give them a call. I chose The Roofer Direct to replace our storm-damaged roof, gutters and window based on a recommendation from my insurance agent. I'm so glad I did. We worked with the project managers ******. What a friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious guy. He helped us every step of the way. Their workmen were on time and very efficient. The cleanup was excellent. I had a wonderful experience using The Roofer Direct LLC.!! I had damage from the storm last year. Sterling stopped by and did a thorough inspection. He told me that there was shingle damage and more than likely my insurance company would cover it. He was right! Within a month they dealt with the insurance company, put a new roof on with a lifetime warranty and handled the clean up perfectly. Working with The Roofer Direct was excellent. They coordinated everything from getting an appraisal of the roof damage, adding into the claim the needed upgrades to meet the new building codes, reviewing the pricing and claim information, to getting the materials, and getting the roof replacement completed.
