      We hired RNR for our move based off positive past experiences but this time was sadly not even close to that.The guys who moved us first off- didnt ask to make a second stop instead just shoved everything in the back of the truck and strapped the doors shut there was no organization to the furniture which I believe in return made the damages happen.The owner said that he would not call the guys and would talk to them when they arrived back at the office. To which he lied. He did call them and gave them time to get their stories to match then we overheard the guys talking about it and not talking nicely about it.When I called to make the claim I was rushed off the phone and tried to say it was my fault. I just bought these couches 4 months prior to moving and they were in perfect condition. Once I got the check it wasnt even enough to cover a leather repair man to come out. The couch is Italian leather. Its not a cheap couch. $186.00 for a hole in my dining table and ripped leather is absolutely absurd.I would recommend to NEVER use these guys.

      ********, we apologize for your experience and that we were unable to correct things to your satisfaction. To be fair, we did pay the claim based on the insurance option that was chosen and the hourly rate was discounted for being a repeat customer. Although it appeared to you that the owner lied, what actually happened was the driver called the office to report possible pre-existing damage which was pointed out to him upon unloading. Accidents do happen and you did state that the previous moves were incident free so while we do regret your disappointment, we hope that you will change your mind about using our service again. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments under consideration as we continually work to improve our customer experience.

      I tried not to write this review and be professional with them. I sent an email before the move and listed everything I wanted to move. I also mentioned in my email that I could bring a few more small items. I also asked for their help to move some items to the basement. On the day of the move, they sent two guys. One of them acted very mad from the second he met me. He told me I have much more items than I told them on the phone. He called the store and told me that I have to pay $350 more. I called back and talked to the owner or manager! I was so much under stress that I trusted these guys that I have extra items. The person on the phone that I don't want mention his name, agreed that if I pay $150 more, his crew will bring other extra stuff which was a couple of suite cases and a couple if other small items. The crew specially one of the them was acting very upset and unhappy. I asked the other crew what is wrong with his friend, and he told me do not ask him to take anything extra. I don't get to all the details, but they didn't take what they claimed was extra. They brought a big truck and most of it after loading my load was empty. I called the same person the day after and I complained. He told me that he will talk to the crew and he will call me. I waited and waited for a couple of days and he never called me back. I checked my emails and found a letter which I had itemized my stuff before the move. I noticed they took less items than I had originally requested and they had charged me more than what they originally quoted me. I tried to be professional and I sent them an email with a complete explanation and asked for the refund of their extra charges. They could reply back and tell me their own side of story! But these people are unreaponsive! I am sure they will reply to this email and tell bunch of dishonest things as they did in my previous review. It does not matter. They had a choice to be professional and care about the customers or just ignore their customer and write a false story in my reply! I had to drive 500 miles to Atlanta to load those extra items in my small car! I hope they think about it and how much of my time and money was wasted just because they wanted to be this way!!! It is very sad.

      My experience with RNR Moving was awesome !!! ******* the owner was professional . He's estimate process was honest and fair. Moving day went without a problems as well on delivery day. He moved my baby grand piano without incident, when other moving companies fell short.
