June 14th was the date of the initial incident. Georgia Landscape provides landscaping services to all of the homes within our neighborhood every Monday. The company uses large, red, commercial stand behind lawnmowers where the rider simply stands and does not walk. Due to lack of concern for property when mowing, the mower was not maneuvered carefully and hit and damaged our fence that we paid $1,800 for not even a year prior. The photos were sent over to our HOA management company where they then sent them to GA Landscape for the problem to be resolved. GA Landscape put it off for about a month due to them saying that they werent able to get materials and then on July 13th I was informed that they had purchased the new fence and would be removing and installing the fixed one. It is now August 30th and GA Landscape has not fixed the first fence and since only damaged more of the fence. Our HOA ended our contract with GA Landscape today and now i fear i will never see the issue fixed.Business response

If I had been aware of the situation I would have already solved it for you. I did talk to my managers and they did confirm your complaint. The issue seems to be with follow through on our end. We don't do fence work in house and had contacted a fence company to make the repairs. They were schedule to do this in July. Our real failure was to not follow up ourselves. We assumed that the work would be handled- obviously it was not. We did follow up and the fence company should have been out yesterday to handle this. I will have a manager out next week to personally check that. If you have any concerns, you can call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
