I thought I bought a 09 ****** Muran LAST WEEK! It had an 09 sticker in the window. I'm already having horrific issues with it. I took the vehicle to the ****** dealer and was informed of the multiple leaks, broken engine mount and other issuses. I called the S&K to ask if they knew about any of the issues and the wife mistakenly informs me i purchased a 07. It's a 07! I was originally told there was a burning smell coming from the engine because it was washed! Its the leaks! He got on the phone and yelled at me the whole time. Saying I bought a used car. USED DOESN'T MEAN BAD! It's his lack of integrity for me. At least be honest about the issues. He lied from the beginning about the year!Business response

This vehicle was advertised as a 2007 Nissan Murano, not a 2009. She test drive the car and agreed to purchase as is. $4500 included the tax and tag which was $318.95.
Attached are the ad, buy as is sheet she signed, **** of Sale, and the receipt.

I am rejecting this response because:The car had a yellow 09 on the window. I have a witness to that. When I test drove the car I asked multiple times if it was a 09 and he replied yes. He also insured there was NOTHING was wrong with the car.

NEVER CLAIM THAT THE *** WAS A 2009.
IT IS A 2007 AND ALWAYS WAS.
2009 MURANO IS A TOTALLY DIFERENT LOOK THAN A 2007.
