I called Texas Atlantic Hospitality to inquire about a police report that came across their desk. Immediately I was welcomed with complete disrespect over the phone. I never once yelled, cursed or got out of character. The moment I told the Ms. ****** that she was being unprofessional and not listening to the entire situation, she hung up the phone. I called back twice with no answer and was sent to voicemail, So I proceeded to text the manager of the property ms.***** at ************ and said I want to speak with the owner and she promptly called me in response to my text. I asked her that I would like to speak with the boss, (due I am uncomfortable speaking with her due to the nature of how she mishandles issues in the past and not privately and the entire neighborhood will know, there is no such thing as privacy in this office as they will tell all the other tenants will know and my complaint will never go anywhere, which I did not speak out loud to her) but she stated that she is the boss and I told her everyone has a boss and I would like to speak with her boss. But she refused to let me speak with her boss with a utterly disrespectful tone. But I was told she will not tolerate my behavior but literally the only thing I did was ask a question about a police report and I was never once disrespectful but instead they started rambling about a incident with my significant other which had nothing to do with the situation of the specified police report I was asking about and why it came to their desk randomly. I was on speakerphone and there are cameras in their office so I’m sure the incident was recorded in some way. The police report is a domestic violence police report and handling the situation they way they did could’ve have me hurt by my abuser. Then immediately after informing that I was going to contact the BBB, we were told that we will be evicted and can never come back to rent after the rent has been paid and paid every month.
