      This business now operates as Thompson & Thompson Service Group. We scheduled a service call on while out of town on January 12, ****. The service call was scheduled for January 16, ****, which we were still away but reachable. We were told we would get a $69 service charge and a call to approve any additional charges. We were never called and were charged over $700 for less than 90 minutes work with parts that were on the truck (no special needs or access for our job). Since then, no one is returning our repeated calls (starting on January 16) and emails nor can they show us justification for this exorbitant charge. We still have not received a copy of the estimate or invoice explaining the charges. We have been promised calls back repeatedly; none have occurred and emails are not answered nor with the company provide us the email of the manager to contact directly. This is unacceptable from any service company and we are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and clarity plus an enormous charge. We would like an explanation of the charges and if they are found lacking, we would like a partial refund.

      On or around the beginning of April 2022, I sought the services of ******** * ******** ******** * ****, Incorporated for the air handler unit; paid the service call fee and received two quotes: 1 for repair (w/ new motor, etc.) and 1 for a new unit & installation, etc. I joined the special members' club for $20/month, paid the deposit, and waited several , along with making several calls to follow up on when the part would come in & to set up an appointment for the repair. I was given a date & time (Fri, 06/03/2022 @ 12-2p). There was no show and no contact, after details and a specific number were provided for the repair. The technician contacted me at an unmanned number other than the one requested. I made several calls and made an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, the appointment was at 8a. The technician arrived at 8:43a after I phoned two different numbers to contact someone. I was offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience. The technician performed the repair per what was told to me or the point that the air still doesn't work, and I have not heard anything back from the company; yet, this month's membership fee was withdrawn from my account! It is too hot for this type of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I don't want to display the company in a bad light via social media, and I still need to have the repair performed or receive a portion of my money back and the discontinued withdrawal of membership fees for lack of services not rendered. - I now have to seek another company to perform the professional, expertise, and customer service care that I mistakenly thought I sought in attaining their service(s).
