  We used this plumbing service for a sink clog on 12.20.2023, was told on the phone by the lady named "*****" the morning of the plumber coming out that if the plumber needed to use the sewer machine the charge would be $389. But if he used a snake by hand and cleared it would be an hourly charge plus trip charge only. Plumber shows up with an apprentice they take 15 mins using the snake to clear the drain, was told by the plumber it was just some food debris. I received a bill from Holton Plumbing with a 389 charge and the invoice was for 389 with a note that grease was cleared from our sewer line using a sewer machine. WHICH IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. Seeking a bill adjustment-Please send corrected detailed invoice to me. Called and spoke to ***** 1.4.2023 at 9:10am, I called the number ************. During this call ***** repeatedly tried to interrupt me mid-sentence. After asking her to stop interrupting me and to let me speak, I explained to her that the plumber who came with his apprentice took maybe 15 mins to clear the drain with a hand snake and the clog was due to food debris not grease like this invoice said. She argued that it was the owner who came to my house, and I said ok have the owner call me and she told me the owner was *******. According to Holton Plumbing website the owner of Holton Plumbing is ******* ******. I just want a correct bill here, all I am asking.

  ******* from Holton plumbing called me at 10:01 am. He is telling me that he had to use a sewer machine, but I clearly saw him pushing the auger in by hand. I watched this plumber from my desk.

  This is a dispute of these charges, do not say you ran a sewer machine when you clearly did not and pushed a cable down 30 feet by hand into the drain and cleared food but your invoice states you found grease and ran the sewer machine.

  Bill me for an hour worth of work...even though you spent maybe 15 mins and a trip charge. 

  I asked ******* that I receive a corrected bill.
