On 11/16/2022 I walked in restaurant to purchase the loaded fries $8.61. As I got closer to home, I decided to take a bit of my food, but, noticed something was missing. They didn't out ANY bacon on my fries. I called them for 2 days straight and all you got was a busy signal. Phone never even rung. The next day I traveled back to *****'s and asked for a manager. I told her what happened and showed her my receipt and the picture of the baconless fries. She has a nonchalant demeanor and told me she would need the food back and there's nothing she could do because it's *****'s policy. Now, out of all the times they screwed up my meals, I've always brought my food back, but they would NEVER accept it back. Saying no we can't take back any food especially due to covid. Now, all of a sudden when I don't have the food this ONE time, that's when you actually need the food back. I called their corporate to share what happened and they told me that they will take my statement and info and will have a owner to call me back. No one has yet to call me back about this issue, no correction on my food, refund, ***** has been done, so I decided to make this complaint against them.
