In December of 2022 Georgia Carolina came to my residence to document all repairs needed to my wheelchairs and get all relevant information to order the parts. I have called several times and been met with impatience for my wanting updates. After two months of waiting, they came back to my house because they didn't document the information. The wheelchairs are still in need of other parts that we weren't waiting on and I still can't get a straight answer.Initial Complaint

This company has been contracted by the ** to install a stairlift in my residence. They received the equipment approximately 1 month ago. They failed to call me to set up a date for installation. I have spoken to an individual named Todd several times which resulted in a promise to call me back, which never happened. I have called the ** for assistance, and they said they haven't been able to reach them, also.Business response
